I ordered this for my home office area. It looks great in my online meeting background and I even added some white lights to it for Christmas.

Very pretty looks real and I plan to put mini lights on it to brighten up a corner. Very please with this purchase.

It is very thin and not at all like the picture. Shame on you Sam’s Club.  It arrived with all of the twigs, they are not branches, bent and broken from being in the box. The trunk is just cut off at the top and sticks out since there is hardly foliage to cover it.  My husband said it looks like it was hit by a hurricane and the top was snapped off. I tried to take it to my local club to return it but the system wouldn’t process it because I used my cash back to purchase it. They wouldn’t even give me a store credit. Calling customer service and mailing it back is too much of a hassle. 
I don’t recommend this at all. Don’t waste your time or money.

We were surprised that the quality of this tree. I was afraid it might not be tall enough, but it is the perfect height. The color and quality of the ficus leaves are very good. There's just enough branches and leaves to make this tree look almost real. We are very happy with it.
