We were surprised that the quality of this tree. I was afraid it might not be tall enough, but it is the perfect height. The color and quality of the ficus leaves are very good. There's just enough branches and leaves to make this tree look almost real. We are very happy with it.

I was very pleased the tree came completely assembled. Nothing to put together. Just fluff the branches and voila! The price was very reasonable compared to others like it. I use the tree in my home office and it fits perfect in the corner. I would highly recommend it.

Very impressed with this faux tree. The basket it’s in is very, very nice. The branches are easy to bend to look like what you want. I love this decor item. My daughter saw it and said, hey, my birthday is coming up. I will get her one for her birthday.

This is the most realistic looking tree! We are very pleased with it!! It was easy to shape each leaf and branch to look like the picture that came with it. May purchase another one for our sunroom! This one is in our living room!

You get what you pay for. For $50, I wasn’t expecting it to look real. But for the price, it’s a fair deal. I put it in a corner that needed something, and no one’s going to be walking up close to it. I’m happy with this purchase

It is very thin and not at all like the picture. Shame on you Sam’s Club. It arrived with all of the twigs, they are not branches, bent and broken from being in the box. The trunk is just cut off at the top and sticks out since there is hardly foliage to cover it. My husband said it looks like it was hit by a hurricane and the top was snapped off. I tried to take it to my local club to return it but the system wouldn’t process it because I used my cash back to purchase it. They wouldn’t even give me a store credit. Calling customer service and mailing it back is too much of a hassle. I don’t recommend this at all. Don’t waste your time or money.

This tree doesn't look anything like the picture. The branches are really loose and the tree doesn't have as many as it shows on the picture. I plan on returning it.

Very disappointed at how it looked nothing like the picture. Would not recommend buying this. Called to return and was told I could return in store. NOT the case. I waited at the return counter forever while they had to call due to my order being in limbo. The customer service on the phone were rude to the Sams Club employees asking them for personal information that wasn't needed, and barely spoke English. Overall experience was not good at all. Will not be purchasing online again.
