There are some minor downsides where some features are in the app that's not on the fridge itself. Ice is slow but when you turn on turbo ice will flow is I turn on the turbo freeze every other week.

This top fridge has been easy on my back and perfect level to look at the inside of the fridge instead of lower. Love it! I’m recommending you to looking into this for your kitchen!

This fridge is just perfect. Great size, space and shelf disposition, including the doors. The beverage center is amazing and so is the ice maker with two sizes. The middle drawer is wonderfully useful to preserve meat longer at -1, not to mention using it for wine, particularly Champagne. It looks beautiful and modern (mine has white fridge doors and metallic blue drawer and freezer doors). It is by miles the best fridge I ever owned and have not found it a fault yet.

They don't have to open the whole fridge every time they want something. they have their own snack and drink drawer. having the ability to configure the fridge and control different zone is nice. The stainless steel look is really nice and does a pretty good job with limiting finger prints. I personally like have the ice draw separate from the water spout and especially with 2 different types of ice. I have a large family so this fits a lot of food with plenty of space. I also enjoy having the beverage center. Of course having the ability to control and monitor everything from my phone is also nice.

after only 3 years this fridge will no longer cool, no longer make ice, and won’t fill the door water pitcher. n independent service tech said the quality of these fridges for more than a few years are essentially junk. only a year warranty and extended warranty’s that run out roughly the same time all of these fridges die is the norm. the product looks quite nice and initially is great, but beware the longevity. samsung is not what it once was.

The stainless steel finish looks sleek and modern, and the customizable door panels are a nice touch if you want to personalize your space. The Beverage Center™ is a standout feature—having both the internal water dispenser and the AutoFill pitcher is incredibly convenient, especially for a busy household. The Dual Ice Maker with Ice Bites™ is also a hit, especially during summer entertaining. Storage is generous and flexible. The FlexZone™ drawer with adjustable temperature settings is great for snacks, drinks, or even deli items. Everything feels well thought out and easy to organize. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Smart features, while cool, can be a bit finicky. The app integration isn’t always seamless, and there’s a slight learning curve to getting everything set up just right. Also, it’s a large appliance—make sure to measure carefully before delivery. I love the various doors and drawers it has as well as the refillable water container it came with. I have lots of storage space and the Wi-Fi feature allow me to know if I happen to leave a door open. There are other Wi-Fi enabled features which helped me set the proper controls on the fridge as well.I know my electric bill has come down a lot based on this and. other recently purchased items. Bottom line, a great buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love so many features the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator has. The snack tray section is a wonderful idea. My kids are college age and this is their go to section. I love the water pitcher it helps when filling everyone’s glasses at dinner time and with filling itself back up to fill a water bottle for sports. The shelves are large enough to hold large milk bottles and trays of food. I’m so happy to have two ice options and how fast the freezer keeps up with replenishing ice we haven’t been without ice during our weekly family dinner of 9 grown adults.A couple of downsides is I’m still trying to get the Blue tooth option to connect and the stainless steel doors is a little too thin. The overall configuration is very well thought out. I have recommend it to several friends and family.
