[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice looking Refrigerator. Our old 25 cuft refrigerator died on us after 18 years. We saw this 23 cuft. And thought it would fit the bill. yikes, we lost so much freezer space and we miss our side by side. I like to put my own refrigerator temperature gauges in to monitor the temperature. Well, surprisingly I don’t feel it does a good job maintaining 37 degrees F. The top shelf temperature runs 39-40 - then drops down to 32-37 then the lower shelf fluctuating about the same. I wish the fluctuations were not so big. We called for a service request but they told us we known what’s wrong and we recommended you replace the refrigerator to fix it. Parts are not available to fix! Right now we have our replacement on hold. I really don’t want to mess around replacing it yet. I don’t recommend this unit. There’s a known problem and they are not addressing it in my opinion.

Customizable flex drawer is perfect for our families lunch prep. Reconfigurable shelve, including a shelf that slides back making an automatic increase in vertical storage for tall bottle etc. Connects to my Smart things app and notifies me through my Samsung TV's if someone has left the door open. Beautiful, sleek design with no print stainless steel matches my Samsung dishwasher and all other appliances in my kitchen. Cannot express enough how great this purchase was.

Love the fridge, middle drawer, beverage center, and design, but I HATE the freezer. The freezer is designed such that as long as the ice maker is running, the freezer is always running at -15 until the ice maker turns off. We are constantly using the ice so the freezer never runs at the setpoint. Now our food is constantly too cold and our ice cream is way too hard and the freezer is often covered in a thin layer of ice/frost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product and having own Samsungs for quite a while it is indefinite improvement over the last one in terms of how the ice Maker Works and I like the water availability and the water container. Even though this is a counter-depth model which makes it a little bit shorter the way the shelves are laid out it still holds pretty much all of our food. We are sold having the deli door in the middle and would not own any other refrigerator without it.

So, if you need a fridge big enough for a family, suggest you check this one out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful large capacity frig. It looks great on the outside and has great looking features, but she is very delicate. I had to call customer service a few times because the doors would not close properly and there was ice in the freezer. The user has to be cognizant to close the doors tightly and gently, otherwise the alarm goes off. If the user is having a party with margaritas, the ice maker cannot keep up making enough ice. Other than that, its a big beautiful fridge.

The refrigeration seems to be very efficient, and the ice maker is working without any problems. I'll provide a long term update at the 6 month and 1 year mark.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super large capacity! Huge freezer with a drawer on top and large ice storage. Very large fridge section storage on both doors. Love the water dispenser built into door on left side not visible from outside of fridge. There is also another drawer beneath the French doors! Tons of room for everything in this fridge. Easy to clean and no finger print feature is a plus. Stainless steel exterior. Also like the smart technology.
