[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model seems to be very nice. We love the automatic fill pitcher. Even though we downsized to a little bit smaller refrigerator it seems to be very roomy. We also love the automatic ice maker of two different sizes. Overall great fridge.

This is, by far, the worst refrigerator we've ever owned. We bought it in April 2022 because it looked so nice, had dual ice makers and fit our space. Since then, we've had the ice makers replaced 3 times and 1 is still not working, the entire motor went out resulting in food loss and the drawers have dimpled. The freezer constantly freezes over and the pitcher in the beverage center frequently has algae. When I enter a warranty claim, one particular vendor comes out, even though i specifically request that it's not them, diagnoses the problem, enters a claim and then closes it. The amount of time I've spent on the phone or dealing with repair people is ridiculous. I asked about the door dimpling and was told if we claim it, it will void the warranty because it looks like we damaged it. I'm hoping it lasts until our 3 year warranty expires.

While the design of the refrigerator is unique and I love that you can change the colors, I found it odd that the matching appliances could not be changed. Ours actually was delivered with one of the panels broken and I had to return it. I ended up getting another style refrigerator since I was concerned it would not hold up to our rough and tumble family. I did like the feature that allowed you to infuse the water, but it just wasn't enough for me to wait to get another one. I had never had a problem with my other Samsung appliances, however, when I am asked what appliances I decided on, numerous people told me not to get a Samsung refrigerator because it would have problems with the ice maker. Although it looks cute, it was not worth the risk to me to repurchase it. I ended up with the KitchenAid that had the wood grain interior and the soft closing drawers.

Pros: beverage center - auto fill pitcher is fantastic, dual ice maker - so happy it is now in the freezer (everyone in the family loves the ice nibs from the cat to Grandma), even cooling, flex drawer (had this on my previous fridge and it was a must have again), sleek design and very very quiet. Cons: none yet 🤞🏻

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke refrigerator with beverage center in stainless steel exceeds my expectations. I’ve had it for nearly two weeks and am still mesmerized by its features. It automatically refills the water pitcher, produces two sizes of ice and when you download the app, it will tell you when your refrigerator is open! The flex zone space is a feature that I love-you can adjust it for a power freeze, for wine, for deli or for meats. My husband was skeptical of the bottom freezer , but there is plenty of space for many items. With the Samsung SmartThings app you can adjust the temperature or the fridge and freezer and get notified if the refrigerator is open too long. I highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. It has a classy look with minimal lines (we got the refrigerator with the recessed handles which does take a little getting used to). It is super quiet, spacious and advanced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd fridge that I purchased since I moved to USA 20 years ago. And by far, this is the most amazing refrigerator that I’ve ever had. Look: It does look very modern, and I invited a couple of friends that had great comments about the appearance. Size: It perfectly fit a counter deep kitchen furniture. Refrigerator: Plenty of space, plenty of ways to organize stuff. Freezer: Great space for family of 5, and love that we have 2 size of ice. Flexzone: This is my daughter space, since you can program the temperature you want on that drawer, we place everything that my 4 years old daughter can grab. That way we don’t need to worry. App: You can change the temperature of the fridge and freezer and change the mode of the Flexzone, great addition. Beverage Center: I think that this is the most amazing eature, I love to always be able to grab a jar full of cold water. Also, the water dispenser works while the door is open, this is mind blowing!!!! After two weeks my 4 years old daughter was on a tantrum and throw a toy to the refrigerator. It did a small ding on the door, the good news is that you can easily (very easily) exchange the door. That is a blessing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have wanted this fridge for a long time. Moved into a new build and bought my fridge. I love it. I have all white, which initially i wasn't going for, but it has worked out well. I use the white glass as a wipe board to make grocery lists, menu ideas/plans, and the kids love to draw on it. The beverage center is the best, 2 types of ice to chose from, and the middle flex drawer is perfect for my littles snacks and juices. It has worked so well for our needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of my good friend has this fridge, but the 29 cuft one, and it is great! So great, in fact, that I wanted one for myself! I got the 23 cuft version in Morning Blue Glass with the bottom 3 in white - I love the look of this, everyone seems to as well! The 23 cuft sizing is great for my kitchen as I don't have a ton of open space in the middle. The larger 29 cuft would not have looked good in my kitchen. The best feature for us is the beverage center. Not only do you get a regular water dispenser, but also the auto-filling water jug... and the water taste great! I do wish there was more details on the filter though (in case I wanted an additional filter on top of the Samsung's filter here. The ice tray on the bottom is neat, although I feel like it has take up more space in my freezer than I would have liked. The center drawer is for cans, which is great for those who love their drinks in the fridge (from unopened wine bottle to canned drinks). I also love the shelf that has a small area where you can push a part of it to slide back; it create this open area for really tall bottles or other odd items that is really tall. You don't have to move an entire shelf to accommodate something like that (we had a tall fruit drink that we got from Costco that required just a extra inch on our shelf and opening that section of the shelf up made it fit!). I do notice that there is a huge loss in space from the 29 cuft to the 23, but as we have a second fridge in the garage, this was not an issue for us - we definitely prefer not bumping into the refrigerator in the kitchen and just having a nicer layout. Overall, great refrigerator!
