[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a bad experience with a deferent Samsung Refrigerator and was very reluctant to purchase another one. But we did have a coupon and decided to give Samsung another try. We moved into a brand new condo and needed to purchase a new refrigerator. We decided on the Bespoke 4-Door French Door with Beverage center and we are thrilled with it. The Beverage Center is a GRAND SLAM! We use it all the time and there have been zero problems with the ice maker. Keeping the ice in the freezer is great! Always plenty of ice and the water pitcher is used more than the water dispenser. The extra section door is just great for keeping those foods that need just a little different temp setting.

I bought this less than a month ago and the panels are so flimsy that I got one dent on it during professional installation and now I already have another dent. I am in a household with no children and have had zero issues with any other Samsung refrigerator we have owned in the past. We have bought 4 Samsung refrigerators in the past 5 years just between moving and upgrading. This has got me wanting to look at other brands.

Love the sleek design and idea of the water jug filtration and space. The lighting is perfect and love the app feature - EASY to use. NO MORE water drips or extra ice cubes left on a tray leaving a water residue. Love this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I just need to say that the delivery guys were SO professional, friendly, helpful, and amazing! Secondly, the fridge is fantastic! No dents, doesn't show fingerprints, is not loud, cooled down fast, there was not excess grease anywhere, and the delivery guys removed all of the plastic film. I had none of the issues that others mentioned. I highly recommend this refrigerator and cannot believe the price. You definitely get your money worth!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is terrible. I was so excited after doing much review to get this fridge. First I noticed tons of condensation in the fridge. Then the water tasted nasty. (I have a whole home filter then a reverse osmosis filter 5 stage and the fridge filter just for reference) next I noticed everything in deli drawer goes bad after 2 weeks of purchase. I called samsung and texted and messaged through members and all the support was useless as half of them kept transferring me. This has been a horrible experience with this fridge. P.s. I put a aqara humidity sensor in the fridge and it was all over the place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am jealous of myself! We had a party last weekend and everyone was raving about our fridge, examining it inside and out!! Not only is it beautiful and sleek, it is also maximally efficient and functional. The white glass doors are elegant, easier to maintain than stainless with fewer fingerprints. I worried it might be too much white with our matching cabinets but it looks great. My favorite features are the beverage center, flex drawer and mini ice. It is nice having my sparkling waters, kids juices and a few beers for my husband in one convenient place. The auto fill pitcher will have us all drinking more water. I have my cucumber mint infused pitcher next to me as I write, keeping my mini ice filled glass refreshed with "spa" water. The flex drawer houses our produce, looking beautiful and providing access to a quick, healthy fruit or veggie snack for my kids and I. Our old fridge had a traditional ice maker in the freezer and I have long wished for crushed ice from an "in-door" dispenser. This fridge goes one step further by keeping ice in the freezer, maximizing fridge space and decreasing the likelihood of components going wrong in the door, while still offering cubes or the fancy tiny ice gems. Only two minor negatives. The ice tray is very loud when removing cubes with the scoop. Also, the flex shelf in the fridge that slides back if you need to store tall items doesn't seem super secure. I don't see an obvious way to ensure it stays out. Awesome in theory but I am worried about it sliding back when I don't want it to. Hoping all will be well. Overall, this fridge exceeds expectations. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just purchased this refrigerator about 3 weeks ago and we LOVE it. It has the top refrigerator door with a beverage door on the left which only open for your quick items so you don't have to open up the whole frig. We love the water dispenser container as well. As soon as you use any water, shut the door it's refilling within a minute. The middle drawer can be used for anything! We use it for deli items (cheese, salami, etc) or it can be used as a freezer (just have to adjust the settings super easy) And the freezer section is good size plus you get 2 sizes of ice cubes! Love this new refrigerator. Highly recommend it

We truly enjoy this refrigerator. The size is perfect for our family, the Beverage center door is fantastic as we drink a lot of water and are in it constantly. The French door still is nice with the middle drawer, which we are in a lot. Having the ice compartment in the freezer is nice and opens up more refrigerator space. This is a counter depth which opens up our kitchen pathway and without handles opens it up more. We do not miss handles as they take up too much space. It is a bespoke model and we have changed out a panel to blue which goes well with our kitchen decor. Overall we are very pleased.

I moved into a home that had a different dishwasher and stove brand and if my refrigerator that I needed to purchase had another brand on it that was visible it would’ve bothered my OCD brain. I love that it is so clean looking on the outside without a bunch of logos on it because what’s important to me is what’s inside it. I do know the power of branding and I work for a corporation, but this one was especially perfect for me. I love having the additional drawer that is great for things like cheeses. I couldn’t be happier with my new refrigerator.
