[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this beautiful fridge about a month ago and the freezer immediately frosted over. There are little to no printed instructions. They require you to download an app to adjust the temperature and find any sort of instructions. Several calls to customer service haven’t solved the problem. It’s like the service people are reading from a sheet of paper and have no clue how the fridge works. I’m afraid the installers didn’t put the freezer door on properly. But I can’t locate any problems myself. Super frustrating.

I definitely changed the look of my kitchen and provided me the space I needed for my groceries. I really do enjoy the beverage center. Great design. The best part is you never get stuck with the glass color you buy! You can always replace them with a new look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this refrigerator. I looked at this beauty when I was buying my washer/dryer, but wasn’t ready to purchase. I had actually decided to look for something with a lower price point. When I was finally ready to purchase, I went in the store with the intent to buy something else. Then I saw this one was on sale for just a little more than my other choices and decided to just put the extra in and get the one I really wanted. No regrets! I love the auto fill pitcher and the dual ice maker. It is so spacious and easy to find everything. The flex drawer is amazing and I plan to use it as that. Right now it’s in “deli” mode but when I need more freezer space, it will be converted to a freezer drawer! I love it! It’s so pretty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] That about sums up the Samsung Bespoke 4 Door French Door Refrigerator with Beverage Center. After Hurricane Ida, we lost power for weeks and unfortunately lost many appliances. When we had the opportunity to purchase the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator, I did not really think much of it since to me, a fridge is a fridge. Wow! Was I wrong! We had always had stainless steel, which aesthetically is beautiful, but it was always a pain to clean. We opted for the white glass doors instead. It took me all but 5 minutes to realize that this is the same quality as the glass whiteboard we use at work. Who else can say they have whiteboards for refrigerator doors? We leave notes for each other as well as what we need for groceries and calendar events. Being a family of six we always tend to forget what is needed. Let’s talk about the refrigerated sections of the appliance. First, the entire back wall is stainless steel. This helps keep it ice cold even when it’s opened a little longer than expected. There are two drawers, 5 shelves and a ton of space to store your groceries, etc. One of the shelves slides back to make room for something taller, such as a bubbly bottle of Champagne. This unit also came with the beverage center. My kids love that the left door has a secret latch that opens the front half to expose a shelf and a water spigot. The water spigot is high enough to fit my 32oz Hydroflask under it without having to tilt it. It also has a pitcher that sits in its own cubby that automatically keeps itself full. No needing to fill a pitcher every time you want to keep cold water in the refrigerator. Just under the main section is a pull-out cooling tray called the FlexZone™ that has enough room to store canned drinks, cheeses, etc. You can set the temp for this tray for different uses, but we find for drink storage, a nice cold 35°F is perfect. Finally, I want to mention the freezer. The lower door pulls out a deep freezer that we keep at -3°F. It has a deep bottom tray to hold several large bags of frozen food. The upper tray is about 6 inches deep and is split in half. One side has a dual ice maker! How cool is that! Half of the ice tray creates your standard size ice while the other side makes what is called Party Ice. This ice is much smaller and more fun to scoop. Oh! It comes with its own scoop in a little tray just above the ice maker and a cover that auto covers the ice when you slide the door back

We like the design, features and looks of the counter depth Bespoke refrigerator. However, our first refrigerator was swapped out after a few weeks because the freezer portion iced up and frost built up on all the contents. We are have the same issue with the replacement though to a lesser degree. The Samsung tech came out and said Samsung doesn't consider frost build up to be a problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely LOVE this fridge SO much!! This is a super sleek, gorgeous looking fridge that really makes my kitchen look elegant and modern. I took a chance and went with the white glass panels instead of the typical stainless steel, and am so happy with this decision - I was worried it was going to be too much white in my all-white kitchen, but the fridge isn't a flat bright white. It has some neutral gray tones that look beautiful. It doesn't match the other white tones in my kitchen perfectly, but I have a few variations of white tones, so it actually brought the kitchen together better, making the different tones look more intentional. The glass panels could also be great for keeping a shopping list with a dry erase marker - I've been wanting to try this, but haven't yet, since I love the look as-is. The fridge is also super versatile - if I ever get bored of the all white, or if they get damaged, I can swap out the panels for another color or finish. Only thing I would point out is that the front of the fridge, or maybe just the glass panel finish, doesn't hold magnets. Also, like I mentioned, it's not a true white, so I would recommend checking the colors out in person to make sure they work for you. I also got the counter depth fridge. It still sticks out a bit, but that's where the door hinge is, so it looks like that is needed to not bump against the wall. The fridge is a really great size, even for counter-depth. I haven't had a problem fitting everything I need, except one particularly large pizza box. I'm not used to a French door style fridge, so I had to get used to the freezer drawer at the bottom that feels heavier than I'm used to coming from a side-by-side fridge, but this also has plenty of room for everything. It also has two different types of ice - regular size, and smaller bite size, which my family is obsessed with. But my absolute FAVORITE feature has to be the Beverage Center - the AutoFill water pitcher has been the best thing I've ever used, and makes it so convenient and fast to get water, or take a pitcher to the dog's water bowl. I can't go back to a fridge without it. Last thing I wanted to mention is that this is a wifi enabled fridge that can connect to Samsung's app. I didn't think I would use this at all, but it's actually really helpful to get notifications if you accidentally leave your fridge door slightly open and walked away. Overall, super pleased with this fridge.

We love the glass panels which provide an airy and soft look to this appliance. Fingerprints are minimal on the panels. The absence of exposed handles make the refrigerator look sleek and clean. We ordered the extra set of free panels in different colors so we can have a variety. The beverage center is a nice feature especially with the extra shelves for individual drinks. The dual mode ice tray feature is interesting. I like the variety of ice cubes. We like having the ice maker in the actual freezer portion of the appliance and hope it is more reliable. I would highly recommend this stylish and functional refrigerator.. The cost was very reasonable for all the features.

If you are always on the run, have kids, or like to host this is the Refrigerator of your dreams. Grabbing ice is quick and you have to love the ice bites for cocktails. The beverage center with water pitcher and autofill might just be our favorite feature. It makes it so easy to fill my families water bottles when we are on the go. We also love the flex drawer as we can use it for deli meats or a secondary freezer! Lastly we are amazed how perfect the custom panels matched our existing kitchen cabinets.

FINALLY decided to upgrade ALL appliances to Samsung after the Father-In-Law had the same fridge and raved about it after many issues were fixed from their previous lemon fridge. We went with a slightly different dishwasher and range but very similar overall. LOVE the fridge so far, more color panels are on the way for the wife! There is so much useable space in this thing! The different size ice cubes are great, I thought I would not give two "drops" either way, but it is a REALLY nice feature along with the beverage station and auto-fill water pitcher! Nailed it Samsung!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the refrigerator came well packaged and undamaged. set up was a breeze and was usable within 4 hours. took a moment and connected the fridge to the smartthings app. now that it s connected i can get notifications that the door is left open and i can control all the settings without having to be home. it is so well thought out and organized. i didn't think i was going to like having to shovel my own ice, but its simply quicker to do it yourself rather waiting for the ice machine to get cranking and then have it spill all over the kitchen floor. the doors have plenty of space to store gallons of milk or whatever other large items you can throw at it. all in all the fridge is amazing and would recommend to anyone.
