It has the top refrigerator door with a beverage door on the left which only open for your quick items so you don't have to open up the whole frig. We love the water dispenser container as well. As soon as you use any water, shut the door it's refilling within a minute. The middle drawer can be used for anything! We use it for deli items (cheese, salami, etc) or it can be used as a freezer (just have to adjust the settings super easy) And the freezer section is good size plus you get 2 sizes of ice cubes! Love this new refrigerator. Highly recommend it

Not only is is beautiful and adds a lot of design to our kitchen, it's super functional. Love the flex drawer - we use the deli setting. The beverage center is a nice feature. It's also very quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new Samsung refrigerator I got is very modern looking. I also love some of the features it offers. It has polished front panels that ultimately expends a space and makes it feel modern looking. I have front doors in white, however, this is not pearl white, it has a hint of grey. Samsung offers mix and match of 8 different door finishes; I was looking for a color that would match up with my countertops and it does. The most feature that everyone loves in my household is having Autofill Water Pitcher. This is genius. This feature provides with continues supply of filtered cold water at any time that can be infused with lemon or green tea. It takes seconds to refill my water bottle. The ice maker dispenses two types of ice that is different in size, Ice Cubes and Ice Bites. This is a very fancy option to have available for making different types of cocktails. The middle door is called Flex Zone. I have it set up to a Deli Mode that has a temperature set to 37 F. I am considering to change it to a Wine mode with a temperature set of 41F. This literally converts a middle door to a mini wine fridge. The other two modes are Beverage 34F and Meat/Fish 30F. I don’t plan to use these features any time soon but some consumers may like it. Sabbath mode may be appearing to some consumers with religion observances. Soft Freeze option for the middle door with a temperature set of 23F allows storing meats and fish for extended periods of time. This is a very convenient option for bulk purchases of meat and fish. I have Samsung electrical range, so it was easy for me to add this refrigerator to SmartThings App. This app allows me to manage the fridge modes from my smartphone. The Flex Zone can be changed to one of its four modes, the ice making can be turned on and off, two temperature indicators for the fridge and freezer can be turned up or down. This Samsung refrigerator is top of the line, and I am very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only had this refrigerator for two weeks, so I've got plenty of time for things to go wrong. If that happens, I'll update this review. But I love everything about this refrigerator. It has more room than any previous unit I've owned. Everything in the fridge section is at eye level. When you open the freezer, you can see everything at a glance on the top bin, then slide that back if you don't find what you are looking for, and you can see everything in the bottom bin. The ice is great - REAL ice cubes, just like I grew up with when you had to fill the ice trays by hand, only the cubes are a little smaller, which is great. If you're more of a crushed ice person, the ice bites are like crushed ice, only instead of random bits, you get very uniform bits. The beverage door is great. We had a unit with measured fill previously, which I really liked, but this is even better. I pull out the pitcher, empty it into the coffee pot, put it back, and while I grind coffee and get the filter installed, the pitcher refills so I can top off the coffee pot! If you just want a quick cup of water, skip the pitcher and get it from the spigot next to the pitcher. Oh, I forgot, we have the Flex drawer for meat and cheese - what we use it for - but it can be set to 5 different temperatures. We may experiment in the future, but for now, we always know where our lunchmeats and cheeses and any fresh meat we've purchased will be located. It's just an amazing appliance!

I bought this less than a month ago and the panels are so flimsy that I got one dent on it during professional installation and now I already have another dent. I am in a household with no children and have had zero issues with any other Samsung refrigerator we have owned in the past. We have bought 4 Samsung refrigerators in the past 5 years just between moving and upgrading. This has got me wanting to look at other brands.

We truly enjoy this refrigerator. The size is perfect for our family, the Beverage center door is fantastic as we drink a lot of water and are in it constantly. The French door still is nice with the middle drawer, which we are in a lot. Having the ice compartment in the freezer is nice and opens up more refrigerator space. This is a counter depth which opens up our kitchen pathway and without handles opens it up more. We do not miss handles as they take up too much space. It is a bespoke model and we have changed out a panel to blue which goes well with our kitchen decor. Overall we are very pleased.

This is our first non side by side fridge, and we weren't sure that the new format (French door fridge with bottom freezer) would be as good, especially concerning freezer space, but it is great! The fridge itself has a ton of room, and that is before considering the deli drawer, it's awesome! The freezer actually has a ton of room, and the two kinds of ice is a bonus. The LED lighting is excellent, and the fridge has been perfect for the past for months, no problems. Finally, I love the app connectivity, the notification when the fridge or freezer is left open is very handy (kids :/).

I moved into a home that had a different dishwasher and stove brand and if my refrigerator that I needed to purchase had another brand on it that was visible it would’ve bothered my OCD brain. I love that it is so clean looking on the outside without a bunch of logos on it because what’s important to me is what’s inside it. I do know the power of branding and I work for a corporation, but this one was especially perfect for me. I love having the additional drawer that is great for things like cheeses. I couldn’t be happier with my new refrigerator.

I’ve had it for nearly two weeks and am still mesmerized by its features. It automatically refills the water pitcher, produces two sizes of ice and when you download the app, it will tell you when your refrigerator is open! The flex zone space is a feature that I love-you can adjust it for a power freeze, for wine, for deli or for meats. My husband was skeptical of the bottom freezer , but there is plenty of space for many items. With the Samsung SmartThings app you can adjust the temperature or the fridge and freezer and get notified if the refrigerator is open too long. I highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. It has a classy look with minimal lines (we got the refrigerator with the recessed handles which does take a little getting used to). It is super quiet, spacious and advanced.
