[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had the Bespoke 29 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door Smart Refrigerator for a few months now, and it’s been a fantastic upgrade to our kitchen. The stainless steel finish looks sleek and modern, and the customizable door panels are a nice touch if you want to personalize your space. The Beverage Center™ is a standout feature—having both the internal water dispenser and the AutoFill pitcher is incredibly convenient, especially for a busy household. The Dual Ice Maker with Ice Bites™ is also a hit, especially during summer entertaining. Storage is generous and flexible. The FlexZone™ drawer with adjustable temperature settings is great for snacks, drinks, or even deli items. Everything feels well thought out and easy to organize. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Smart features, while cool, can be a bit finicky. The app integration isn’t always seamless, and there’s a slight learning curve to getting everything set up just right. Also, it’s a large appliance—make sure to measure carefully before delivery. Overall, it’s a high-end fridge that delivers on style, space, and innovation. Just a few tweaks to the tech side and it would be flawless.

I LOVE the beverage center, and the middle drawer for deli meats and cans of soda. I like the fact that if one of my kids doesn’t close the doors all the way I get a notification on my phone! Love the 2 different styles of ice! Could not be happier with our purchase

The space is amazing - it has room for everything and shelves that slide to create more space when needed. We love the drawer; we are currently using this as a beverage hold-all. Love the freezer drawer as well and the technology that lets me know if a door is left open and when the filter needs to be changed.

I absolutely love this refrigerator! I love the interior space. It has plenty of shelving and the shelf that slides back for bigger bottles is so convenient. The water filter between the drawers is such a smart idea. It doesn't take up shelf space. My drinks are nice and cold and the refillable pitcher is awesome and the water is always cold. The door inside a door stops a lot of wasted energy getting a can of pop. The center drawer is perfect for meats, cheese, or extra drinks. I like the 2 different types of ice and there's plenty of room in the freezer! I like the no fingerprint front. It's easy to program. Its perfect. It's so quiet, I don't even hear it running. Best fridge I have ever had. They delivered it in 3 days, set it up and those guys were super friendly. Definitely would buy samsung products from now on. This has everything I wanted and the price was perfect.

It makes 2 size cubes. It also has a water pitcher that is always full and dispenses cold water. There is more room in the fridge since the icemaker is in the freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this fridge about 2 months ago and love it so far! Having the beverage door is great and we use the small drawer for my daughters snacks! It has so many great features and so much room! My only complaint is the freezer and not having enough room in there but thats really probably a me thing. Overall I really love it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product and having own Samsungs for quite a while it is indefinite improvement over the last one in terms of how the ice Maker Works and I like the water availability and the water container. Even though this is a counter-depth model which makes it a little bit shorter the way the shelves are laid out it still holds pretty much all of our food. We are sold having the deli door in the middle and would not own any other refrigerator without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge. I think it serves it's purpose. Let's not forget, fridges are to cool our food. It does that. Lol, On a more serious note. I think it looks sleek and nice. It cools well and I haven't had any issues with the fridge itself. I bought it in May 2025 and it's currently September 2025 and still no issues. Now, on to some cons for me: it smudges VERY easily. Everyday I have to clean the surface because the smudges get bad and it's noticeable. I kind of wish I would have went with the glass panel ones. Another thing is that the ice maker tray drives me crazy. We don't really use it and it makes opening the freezer door more complicated. Like it feels harder to open and this is because of the top shelf in the freezer which has the ice maker. The lights in the freezer also annoy me. The bottom shelf itself is dark, and the only way to see well is to push the top one in (the shelf with the ice maker) and again, as I stated earlier, it's kind of hard to push in and makes the whole thing annoying. Those are my complaints for the freezer. As for the actual fridge (top), there's not much complaints. I guess that little sliding shelf (the one you can adjust in or out for tall drinks) seems flimsy and like it can break. I don't trust it's integrity so I try not to mess with it much. Other than that, so far so good. I recommend it if those things don't bother you.

My favorite feature is the self filling water pitcher. There is so much space in both the refrigerator and freezer. The white glass is absolutely beautiful.
