I highly recommend it and it look's beautiful in my kitchen. My next step is the range.

The refrigeration seems to be very efficient, and the ice maker is working without any problems. I'll provide a long term update at the 6 month and 1 year mark.

I have owned my Samsung for nearly a month the refrigerator portion will not hold a cool enough temperature for safe use- the freezer portion is so cold it forms ice on my food and the drawers all that works is the middle drawer that can be used to soft freeze or cold cuts we tried resetting the temperature but that did not work

Before I bought this refrigerator, I found all really good reviews. The problem, though, is that the stainless doors dent and scuff so easily. Now we have a refrigerator that looks like a scratch and dent, but we paid full price for it. I don't know how the other alternate panels hold up, but we don't want to pay more if they're as fragile as the stainless ones are. I wish we had bought a different refrigerator.

Our favorite feature is the wifi connection where we can download the app to recive alerts directly to us. For example, since we have little kids, leaving the door open is common and with the alerts we can manage the energy savings when this happens. Another family favorite feature is the ability to infuse water with any type of fruit into the built in pitcher where we can get flavored water at our fingertips. The only downfall of this refrigerator is the color. We choose white and once installed it looks light grey. All in all, I would highly recommend this product. We are very pleased with our new appliance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] in love with our new samsung bespoke 4-door refrigerator. our kitchen looks so beautiful& modern now. the function is the best. so spacious from the start. from the top main section to the beautiful beverage center that is hidden from the outside but so convenient to have. to store your favorite beverages on top and also have the refillable water pitcher on the bottom. also to the middle section that can me customize to your liking. we have it as a deli but it has more options like another beverage center or even wine center for wine lovers or a mini freezer with different temps. lastly the beautiful freezer that is so nice and deep to hold all our goodies. it also has the ice center with 2 different ice sizes that is so nice to have around.

It is a modern looking with no visible handles and comes with panels that can be replaced with custom design. It connected to SmartThings Hub, allowing for temperature control from the app. The beverage center and the ice maker are perfectly sized and works great. Overall a beautiful looking appliance that just works.

Bought the Bespoke 4 door French Door Smart Refrigeator on 10/28/2025. Just a little of 2 month old, go on vacation return 10 days later and freezer is not working had to throw everything away no ice, trays are full of water, now the beverage drawer is getting warmer and now the top fridge is warming up, having to throw many things away, call for service, had to turn power off and now have to wait 3 hours to see if it will start cooling down and making ice, if not, then have to call for service, got rid of my old Samsung because of ice maker freezing up every 2 weeks and now we are back to freezer issues, not happy!!!
