I dislike the drawers that seem to be the go to with many brands because they lack space. The flex with its mini lower "fridges" have so much room and the main compartment is huge, with spacious storage on the doors. I love the option of an additional mini fridge for my fruits and veggies and an on-hand freezer to complement my large garage freezer. I went with stainless steel, but it's pretty nifty that I can buy panels to match my fancy. Overall, I'm very happy, I love that I can set times for making ice, whether or not my pitcher is prefilled, manage my flex zones it's fancy without being over the top!Everyone that sees my fridge has been impressed and has said that it'll be their next purchase.

The design is gorgeous — the panels make it look custom and instantly elevate the whole kitchen. Inside, the layout is smart and spacious, and the FlexZone drawer has become my go‑to spot for snacks and drinks. It runs quietly, cools evenly, and the ice maker keeps up without hogging space. Overall, it’s stylish, practical, and absolutely worth it.

Enjoy the ice maker offering two different size cubes is cool. The beverage center is phenomenal with a picture of cold water at your fingertips as well as being able to fill the tallest water bottles for on the go. Freezer has great capacity for those larger items.

But for the price it came as I expected it to be worry free for at least 5 years given my old Frigidaire lasted 15 years and had zero issues literally zero issues until it died. The new bespoke stopped cooling just before it turned 3! It ended up needing a new Condenser. The condenser was replaced under warranty, but I still had to pay for them to come out and at least look at my fridge. Also it's a smart fridge but for some reason the only alerts you get are doors open and change the water filter! But by no means can it tell you the temp is not where it's supposed to be. Great timing asking me to make a review because only a few months ago I need the condenser replaced and not it's not cooling well any more. First sign it stopped making ice.

It’s great for our young family. The convenience of the app - able to be notified if it’s been left open, view filter status. Plus, the kids love the hub. The space overall works for what we have going on - food storage, leftovers, little parties we host.
