While the design of the refrigerator is unique and I love that you can change the colors, I found it odd that the matching appliances could not be changed. Ours actually was delivered with one of the panels broken and I had to return it. I ended up getting another style refrigerator since I was concerned it would not hold up to our rough and tumble family. I did like the feature that allowed you to infuse the water, but it just wasn't enough for me to wait to get another one. I had never had a problem with my other Samsung appliances, however, when I am asked what appliances I decided on, numerous people told me not to get a Samsung refrigerator because it would have problems with the ice maker. Although it looks cute, it was not worth the risk to me to repurchase it. I ended up with the KitchenAid that had the wood grain interior and the soft closing drawers.

Pros: beverage center - auto fill pitcher is fantastic, dual ice maker - so happy it is now in the freezer (everyone in the family loves the ice nibs from the cat to Grandma), even cooling, flex drawer (had this on my previous fridge and it was a must have again), sleek design and very very quiet. Cons: none yet 🤞🏻

Leftovers go on the top shelf & no linger get lost behind bigger items! Eggs and dinner prep items go on the lowesr shelf & everything inbetween fits on the main shelf & in the doors. I set the drawer up in the deli setting (initially used beverage, but that froze the cheese) for the kids so they aren't constantly opening the fridge browsing for a snack. The top of the freezer opposite the ice is for frozen treats & snacks, ice packs & specialty ice... again, quick access for kids & hubby. I set the bottom up for meal items. And we LOVE LOVE LOVE the ice options & beverage center! No more breaking & busting large icecubes for kids' waterbottles. 😍 We've had it a month & not a single negative thing to say about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke 29cu ft 4-Door French Fridge is a home appliance that every home needs. The beauty of this fridge brings so much sophistication into my kitchen with just one appliance. I get compliments from everyone who comes over. The top unit gets cold quickly and remains at a constant temperature. Door open wide and there is room from wall to wall in the fridge. The LED’s are bright and inviting. The 2 Crisper drawers are large, deep and at the perfect height. Shelves are customizable heights, even depths with the shelf that slides to the back to allow for larger items. Door bins are perfect size for Milk gallon jugs and other condiments. My favorite part of the top unit is the Beverage center. Door inside a door with access to 2 bins, an Auto Fill Pitcher (Which I actually use for Cold Brew) and a water dispenser. One of my families favorite part of the fridge is the Flex Zone Drawer. It has 5 different temperature settings and 3 customizable size spaces to put food. We keep all of the kids snacks, like apple sauce, juice, soda, string cheese and cold cuts. It keeps everything nice and organized. As for the Freezer, My husband is not too thrilled on the bottom load freezers, but he enjoys this one. It’s much larger than it actually looks, so he is satisfied. One things that is absolutely special about the freezer is the 2 different types of Ice. Cubed and Ice Bites. The ice Bites are my families favorite. On top of this fridge being such a great unit, It’s Wifi compatible. You can hook it up to your Samsung SmartThings App and control the temperature, Power Cool and Power Freeze Options, Turn on and off the ice, even get notifications on when it’s open or shut. All in all, I never thought that I would be excited to own a fridge, but I love it and find my self staring at how beautiful this thing is!

I’ve had it for nearly two weeks and am still mesmerized by its features. It automatically refills the water pitcher, produces two sizes of ice and when you download the app, it will tell you when your refrigerator is open! The flex zone space is a feature that I love-you can adjust it for a power freeze, for wine, for deli or for meats. My husband was skeptical of the bottom freezer , but there is plenty of space for many items. With the Samsung SmartThings app you can adjust the temperature or the fridge and freezer and get notified if the refrigerator is open too long. I highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. It has a classy look with minimal lines (we got the refrigerator with the recessed handles which does take a little getting used to). It is super quiet, spacious and advanced.

The only thing is we had Samsung install the fridge and later found out that the beverage center wasn’t installed properly. Be sure to check everything! But otherwise, the fridge is great!

This refrigerator is beautiful...inside and out. It matches my color scheme, is visually appealing, and definitely a conversation piece. I especially love the middle drawer and the "Soft Freeze" mode, but another favorite is the dual ice sizes...some drinks need different sizes :).

Look: It does look very modern, and I invited a couple of friends that had great comments about the appearance. Size: It perfectly fit a counter deep kitchen furniture. Refrigerator: Plenty of space, plenty of ways to organize stuff. Freezer: Great space for family of 5, and love that we have 2 size of ice. Flexzone: This is my daughter space, since you can program the temperature you want on that drawer, we place everything that my 4 years old daughter can grab. That way we don’t need to worry. App: You can change the temperature of the fridge and freezer and change the mode of the Flexzone, great addition. Beverage Center: I think that this is the most amazing eature, I love to always be able to grab a jar full of cold water. Also, the water dispenser works while the door is open, this is mind blowing!!!! After two weeks my 4 years old daughter was on a tantrum and throw a toy to the refrigerator. It did a small ding on the door, the good news is that you can easily (very easily) exchange the door. That is a blessing
