It works well with SmartThings and keeps you updated on general use and care of the fridge. Its large enough for family of 4 and I love that it lets me know when the fridge doors are open, when the filter needs to be changed and general power consumption. Its by far one of the best buys I've made in the past few years.

With the carbon block filtration, you can genuinely tell it removes that “old fridge taste” that off-brands never seem to get rid of. Installation was incredibly easy — it took less than a minute. You just twist the old one out and twist the new one in (turn your water off behind the fridge first so that it doesn't leak). No leaks, no forcing anything, no complicated steps. It fit perfectly on the first try. It'll click in place. I also appreciate that it lasts a full six months, and the flow rate stays consistent the entire time instead of slowing down after a few weeks. You get reliable performance all the way through. Yes, it costs a little more than generic filters that are manufactured who knows where, but I believe the quality truly justifies the price. Cleaner water, better-tasting ice, reliable filtration, and zero installation hassle. Looks big, but when installed, it's out if sight entirely. It's also silent when installed properly - no sliding, rattling, or moving around, even when opening and closing drawers. Highly recommended if you want genuine quality and peace of mind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works really well and the things that can be better is how operate it and how to take put the bins to clean the refrigerator also some spaces can be bigger for more food but the freezer part is really big the water that dispense out the water filter side is horrible.

This appliance has been one of the worst i have ever owned. The delivery folks had to take the whole thing apart to get it inside. Once installed our first water filter change flooded the house. Called support the manual didn't require a water shut off per each filter change but support told us its absolutely necessary. Using a samsung filter as well. Next the freezer not even 2 years old totally defrosted and ruined all our food. Called support again we did some resetting and now its over freezing everything. Tech to come out and take a look. I have never had so many problems with an appliance yet. I will never biy samsung again. There are so many complaints online about this same issue. The inside is large and nice but at what cost we spent nearly 3k and barely can get 2 years oit of it without repair?

The interior is spacious the freezer as well, also while making two different types of ice. Will recommend to anyone in the market for a new fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. It looks beautiful in my kitchen and feels really high end. My favorite feature is the beverage center it's honestly a game changer. Having easy access to drinks just makes everyday life so much more convenient, especially with a busy household. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the door occasionally sticks, which can be a little frustrating. It's not a dealbreaker for me, but definitely something to note.
