[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A real life saver! During the constant on/off outages last year, my old Kenmore refrigerator died on us out of a sudden. We searched for a new refrigerator everywhere but the delivery dates simply ridiculous, with some cases up to a month and half from the date of purchase!!! Insane!! That's when it hit me and I remember Samsung also makes kitchen appliances and after a quick visit to the online store, I found this Bespoke model with a respectful 4 day delivery... As a tech savvy guy, I was amazed by the features the product was offering and, in a matter of minutes, the purchase was complete. I chose the option with the beverage center which includes a self filling pitcher that always has cold water available. It also has the traditional glass filling option right next to it, so you can choose which one you want to use. To my surprise, the internal space is awesome as the whole water system system is fully embedded on the door. Multiple shelves and drawers keep everything well organized and within reach. The back aluminum plate not only gives a nice look but also helps with the efficient cooling. The adjustable middle drawer has different settings for beverage, freezer, produce, etc. Very convenient to offer cold drinks during parties without the need of opening the fridge door all the time. Freezer bottom drawer is wide and deep and allows lots of food to be stored for the long run. And the refrigerator connects to the Wi-Fi and can be monitored and controlled from the SmartThings app on my phone. It also sends push notifications for open doors, or any system malfunction. Two things I am not a huge fan though: 1. The beverage center is not completely isolated form the fridge. The door shelves are a pass-thru, meaning one can grab things from both side. This means, hot air flows in when the beverage center door is open. 2. The ice maker. The freezer drawer has an internal tray tray which half of it is used by the ice maker with two types of ice (cubes and smaller cubes) and it is located inside the freezer drawer for space optimization. Although a plastic ice scoop is provided, the tray has no ice breaking feature, which makes it hard to get the ice, as the ice cubes often fuse to each other turning into a huge ice block.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased approximately three months ago. This is my favorite refrigerator ever! The beverage center is way cool. Makes two different size ice cubes, which is a big hit in my house. We were tight on space so the counter depth was the perfect choice. The front of the refrigerator is very clean looking with no handles, but it does show fingerprints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we absolutely love our new fridge. the app makes managing the fridge a breeze. its spacious enough for the whole family and the beverage center has become something the family uses daily. the unit is easy to clean and produces ice perfectly sized for adults and little ones. we love this fridge and will look to samsung for future appliance needs!

The beverage center and ice maker and changeable panels greatly expand options. Samsung stands solidly behind their products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is terrible. I was so excited after doing much review to get this fridge. First I noticed tons of condensation in the fridge. Then the water tasted nasty. (I have a whole home filter then a reverse osmosis filter 5 stage and the fridge filter just for reference) next I noticed everything in deli drawer goes bad after 2 weeks of purchase. I called samsung and texted and messaged through members and all the support was useless as half of them kept transferring me. This has been a horrible experience with this fridge. P.s. I put a aqara humidity sensor in the fridge and it was all over the place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now had the Bespoke 4-door French door refrigerator for about a month. We are loving the small ice and beverage door. Since we are in the hottest days of summer. We always have cold beverages and ice on hand. We are also enjoying the self filling pitcher by placing cucumber slices inside the infuser container. Cucumber water is so hydrating. The Refrigerator is so beautiful also!

Very spacious, easy to organize with smart features like the integrated pitch of water, the water fountain and the 2 size ice cubes. Love the drawer between the fridge and the freezer where I stock all my soda cans, beers and water. The App comes very handy. Love its slick design without handles.

I stayed for a few weeks with friends who had this fridge, and I fell in love with the auto fill water pitcher and the way that the refrigerator seem to keep vegetables crisper longer. I am having the same experience in my home. The Insta fill water pitcher is heaven for someone who likes to sip on fresh, filtered water all day. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately my kitchen is on second floor and hard to install so it was taken apart to make the process easier and now the doors are not even, also it is taking a long time to get the nasty plastic taste out of the water and ice. But it was delivered quickly so that was awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a refrigerator that had a clean look. I was tired of the run of the mill refrigerator with the large obtrusive handle's jutting out. The Bespoke was exactly what I wanted. The internal beverage station is great! I didn't think I would use the pitcher but it's my go-to for a glass of fresh cold water. The ice maker makes two types of ice which is pretty cool. My kids love the small gourmet ice for their drinks. Overall the Samsung Bespoke is a great refrigerator that met my wants and has exceed my expectations in performance.
