[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this refrigerator in White glass. I love the white glass on this refrigerator, range, and and dishwasher and it's very easy to clean. I really appreciate the door in door for milk and coffee creamer as it keeps the cold air where it belongs to the - in the refrigerator. The ice maker is in the lower section and includes two types of ice cube. The middle drawer is deeper than I thought as it holds a good size bowl of a whole watermelon. So far so good. I know this review is for the refrigerator, but the dishwasher also does a good job and is very quiet.

We purchased this refrigerator and it was beautiful. Too bad it would not perform as well as it looked. We had the luxury of letting this refrigerator cool down to 37 and 0 degrees as Samsung suggested before placing our food inside. After both refrigerator settings indicated 37 and 0, we loaded up our food. My husband decided to place a thermometer in the freezer and one in refrigerator section that evening to check on the accuracy of the appliance thermometer as the fridge felt cold enough. He checked it throughout the evening and it was 25-30 degrees above the set temperature of the fridge. When we woke up the next morning, the meat was thawing in the freezer section and fridge section was lukewarm. My husband again checked the temperature in both sections using an IR thermometer and his thermometers already in the unit and they were both indicating 30-40 degrees higher than the set point of the refrigerator. The unit never made ice either since the manual states the freezer must reach a temperature of at least 10 degrees to start making ice. We had it plugged in over 24 hours by now so we headed back to the store to exchange for another brand. When we read other reviews, others spoke of similar problems so it’s not like we were the only buyers having this issue. Samsung has a great looking product if only they could manufacture a product that would function.

I’m amazed by the amount of space inside this fridge! It maximizes every square foot possible. I love the in door water dispenser as it enables the fridge to have a slick clean appearance. The only thing I question is why I didn’t upgsde my fridge sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we've really found a gem of a fridge with this samsung. here are a few of the highlights that our family of 5 take advantage of with this fridge.... 1. dual ice maker is a dream. we always have plenty of ice and having 2. sizes is a surprisingly nice bonus feature. 2. beverage center is a must have. being able to fill up a stanley at any time with cold water from the pitcher is so convenient. also the fact that it's hidden inside the fridge makes for a much better look in the kitchen 3. with the ice maker in the freezer section below, it makes for plenty of room in the fridge. we never seemed to have enough room with past fridges. our family highly recommends this fridge to all who are looking for a versatile fridge with loads of features and space for everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator came well packaged and undamaged. Set up was a breeze and was usable within 4 hours. With my beverage center, we had to dump the water pitcher, and empty the ice a few times. Took a moment and connected the fridge to the SmartThings app. Now that it s connected I can get notifications that the door is left open and I can control all the settings without having to be home. With little ones in the house this is a great convenience! Now moving on to the fridge its self. The model I purchased is actually less square feet than my previous fridge, a side by side. But you would never know it! It is so well thought out and organized. I am just amazed at the amount of stuff that fits in this thing. We utilize the middle flex drawer as our deli/cheese storage. It is so convenient to be able to open this drawer and grab whatever you need to make a sandwich and such. Our old fridge had a massive bin the you had to fumble through to find what you were looking for. The freezer is simply amazing with the two different types of ice and plenty of room to store frozen goods. I didn't think I was going to like having to shovel my own ice, but its simply quicker to do it yourself rather waiting for the ice machine to get cranking and then have it spill all over the kitchen floor. The doors have plenty of space to store gallons of milk or whatever other large items you can throw at it. All in all, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone. Though we didn't take advantage of the different color combinations, it is awesome that the Bespoke line allows you to customize yours to fit your aesthetics.

Samsung has come around and redesigned this model into BESPOKE. We are very happy so far with our new refrigerator. The two bin ice system and the cold water beverage system is great. Kudos. Would recommend this model!

We love the sleek look, ice maker in the freezer bottom and the extra space not having the ice maker in the door. The stainless is easy to keep clean of finger prints. Love the beverage center and having the water inside the beverage center instead of the door.

Love the sleek design and idea of the water jug filtration and space. The lighting is perfect and love the app feature - EASY to use. NO MORE water drips or extra ice cubes left on a tray leaving a water residue. Love this product.

The updated style and appearance are great but the features are what have won our family over. We especially love the Beverage Center which allows access to water and drinks in door without opening the dual French doors.

All is great EXCEPT Samsung has an offer for a second set of panels free. I tried to register for them but they said my receipt isn’t valid. I bought the fridge on their website how can the receipt not be valid!!! No phone number to call or anything. Very bad Consumer service on that part of the sale.
