I replaced a older model with this Bespoke unit because I wanted the larger capacity and the convenience of the beverage center and the flex zone (kids snack drawer). This refrigerator has been in use for over 6 months now and has been working flawlessly. The stainless surface is easy to clean and looks great. It is very spacious inside and has very good cooling and it does so evenly throughout, no warmer or colder spots. As far as I can tell my electric usage is about the same. Also it is very quiet I don't hear it running like my older model. Very happy with this refrigerator and I would recommend it to others.

We love the sleek look, ice maker in the freezer bottom and the extra space not having the ice maker in the door. The stainless is easy to keep clean of finger prints. Love the beverage center and having the water inside the beverage center instead of the door.

I can say that my husband loves this more 😂 he is very vocal about how stylish and unique plus with enough space to put all the groceries weekly. We are receiving compliments too. We weren't sure about the hidden water and the ice in the freezer, but it has turned out to be the best fridge we have ever had. The automatically filling water pitcher saves a ton of time that used to be spent standing there filling up cups, water bottles, etc. for our family each day. The ice actually being in the freezer with much larger bins to collect it all has essentially made it so that we never run out of ice like we did with our previous in-door models from other brands. This fridge is also much quieter than the last two brands we have owned which is a nice bonus. So far so good. You should get this fridge.

I really like the middle drawer, the spacious interior of the fridge and the freezer. My favorite part is the beverage station. Water bottles fit under the filler nicely and the pitcher of water is always a nice option. I really like having both the water and ice inside and not on the outside of the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Delivery was professional and installation as well. The right door came with a “click noise” after at month someone came to fix it. Technician was amazing. The reason why it took a month someone to come and fix it is because Samsung wouldn’t send someone after 4pm to the connivence of the customer due to work. After business hours should be included.

I bought this less than a month ago and the panels are so flimsy that I got one dent on it during professional installation and now I already have another dent. I am in a household with no children and have had zero issues with any other Samsung refrigerator we have owned in the past. We have bought 4 Samsung refrigerators in the past 5 years just between moving and upgrading. This has got me wanting to look at other brands.

Great fridge with awesome features. We bought this last month due to our previous fridge was beginning to fail and not work properly. Love the looks and features of this model. The auto water pitcher stands out as something we didn't think we would use, but love!

The main reason I bought it was because I knew that I could switch out the panels and get pink panels. When I was in the store I was assured that I could order the pink panels. I'm disappointed because I cannot get the color choices that I originally wanted but otherwise am very satisfied with the product and would recommend it. I would just make sure that you get the colors that you want ahead of time

The last one lasted a good 10 years but this one is by far the best. My kids saw it and loved it so much they bought one. We love the three drawers, we love the hidden door with the water. I love the fact that it's smart things enabled. At first I never knew what I'd do with it I love it. I love the fact it has no handles. I love the ice makers and the drawers, I love the space in the Frig and freezer.
