We bought this fridge less than a year ago. The picture wasn't filling, so we removed the filter to get the model number. When we put it back in something happened and the filter leaked. We woke up to a flooded kitchen, laundry room, and half bath. We are having to have a water remediation company come in for repairs on our new floors. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago it’s very large in diameter and very small in the inside we could have made a better choice the quality is good so far the exterior panels were incorrect when it arrived but they said that’s what was ordered and we would have to pay extra for the correct color for now it will do but lesson learned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this refrigerator just over a month and we are very pleased. The flex drawer is wonderful for keeping meats and cheese fresh for longer. We also enjoy the clean look and the door within a door. The automatically filling cold water pitcher is great. Plenty of ice and room in the freezer. Really quiet.

If I could I would havw given zero stars, and I will be telling everyone I know to not buy samsung ever again. We got our fridge in September 2024, now in March 2025 it flooded the kitchen ruining the floors. To make it worse Samsung support says they will not do anything to fix this. That even though they know where the leak is its not their fault, and they closed the ticket. Spent hours on the phone for them to say that sucks good luck, and just turn the water off. So we can't use the beverage station or ice in a 2024 fridge that's less than 1 year old. Do not buy from Samsung, they will not help you and you will be stuck with a fridge that doesn't have half the features you paid for and a ruined kitchen floor. With a well that suck for you from support.

We love the fact that we don’t have to refill the water pitcher, that we can control the features and receive warnings on our phone, that we get 2 sizes of ice cubes, and on top of that, we can change our panels and give a whole new look to our kitchen without having to replace the refrigerator!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great design all the way around. Space is maximized for a 29 cu ft fridge. The beverage center and ice compartments are highlights. The Pitcher :-) has so many uses and fills itself back up automatically. The shelves in the beverage center hold bottles of water and cans both. They stay ice cold. The two sizes of ice cubes are great and since they are in the freezer instead of the fridge compartment, the ice does not stick together and the scoop and ice cover are so cool. The freezer still holds a lot of stuff. The flex drawer keeps meats and cheeses cold and fresher longer. The fridge shelves are flexible and roomy holding taller bottles and jugs or sodas. Overall a beautiful appliance.

We have had three Samsung refrigerators over time and this one is by far the best. The beverage center is conveniently placed and the separate water pitcher is very handy to take and fill up the coffee maker or dog bowls. We also are happy with the ice maker being in the freezer and making two types of ice. The icemaker keeps the buckets well stocked also. Overall very happy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced an older Samsung french door fridge with this model, the key decisions were based on 1/ how the Ice Maker worked and where the ice cubes ( two different sizes!) were stored, 2/ the innovative beverage center and 3/ the great looking panel additions you can get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were initially looking at buying the Bespoke 4-door Flex but when we measured the dimensions, it was 2 inches too tall for our space. :( So this was our second choice and after using it, I love it just as much if not more than the Flex! The middle drawer is one of my favorite things about it; we use it for drinks and small snacks like yogurt. And the beverage center is so convenient I don't know how we've lived without one before haha.
