I read all of the reviews on here before purchasing, and I have to say that I had a good experience right out of the box. All of the parts were included. The instructions were easy to follow. The cable drum rotates very smoothly -- much easier than any of the plastic hose carts that I've bought in the past. And the leader hose DOES NOT come undone when I turn the main hose on the cable drum. The wheels are foam filled (not tube) and should never go flat. No, the wheels do not lock, but if you situate it correctly in the ground or against a wall that shouldn't be a problem. And it will be interested to see if it rusts within the next year like some folks have stated. But as of right now, I couldn't be happier with this purchase and have absolutely no regrets. It has been well worth it.

Rust appeared after first rain

Both units that we picked up leak where the hose connects to unit. They were both returned.

Sturdy and good quality but rewinding hose is a pain as unit moves to easy

It is exactly what we have been looking for! Had it put together in no time and cleaned up the yard of our messy hose. We would definitely buy again.

Solidly built, easy to put together, and not as expensive as other similar items I've looked at. That is a winning combination for me.

Had to use my own washers to make it work without leaking. It comes with soft silicone gasket washers.

It’s finicky. You have to roll it just right or you’ll have tangles. Would not buy again and would not recommend.

Ok as a hose reel. So-so for leak proof connections. Price was fair for what u get. Would have rated higher if the conections didnt leak.

Made cheaper than the old ones and not fixable. I have two other ones that I can change the o rings when it starts leaking.
