The hose reel was easy to assemble. It has hard tires which is great so you do not have to worry about them being flat all the time. It works great and no leaks.

The metal frame is not straight, i.e., it's bended a bit, making then cart hobble, i.e., only 3 wheels touch the ground. It's not perfect but it still works so I did not return it, just a bit unhappy.

I had been looking for a solid hose reel. The plastic ones never seem to last. And this purchase seemed perfect with the wheels. It can easily be moved to mow. The hose easily winds up. Very happy with my purchase

Very easy to put together although the instructions were not very helpful. I put several of these together before and it only takes about 20 minutes. These are very sturdy and they work great.

Pieces were missing, bolts were not in working shape. Had to buy new pieces at a hard wear store to finish assembly. But, now that it’s in working condition it is very handy and works well.

Super easy to assemble. The cart is sturdy, easy to reel in/out the garden hose and the big tires wheel across the yard without issue. Highly recommend!

It is easy to assemble. Seems solid. It would be nice if one set of the wheels rotated to facilitate moving it. Haven't had long enough to know how it will last.

Used this cart to reach the garden in the back of my yard. Connected it to a long hose and can move the cart to various areas of the yard. Works well now but had a similar cart before that rusted out after two seasons. So far it's good.

Great price.. works well BUT the frame will start rusting after a year. My frame bubbled and split open on the bottom support. it still works well just doesn't look good.

I have bought a hose reel from Sam's every 2-3 years now for 10+ years for my service business. The Handel to wind the hose up is fixed (does not spin independently of the crank) so if you're rolling up a 300' hose you will get friction burn. I am sure the person that designed it certainly does not own one, nor would they keep one if given for free...
