Delivery was great. My husband put it together in about 8 hours. It completely changes the feel of our backyard. We haven’t ate a dinner inside the house since it went up.

Well designed and material is good quality. Only drawback is the interior height was less than I expected at eight feet (Actual 7’-1”), my fault for not reading the specs prior to purchase. Otherwise, very pleased with this product and online service!

The pergola looks great. Only a few issues. Power port was missing but they sent one asap. Packaged in 2 boxes isn't the best. Contents to heavy and boxes busted open easily. Lastly the bolts and screws. 2-3 out of every 4 had a burr in it or needed to be rethread. Luckily my buddy helping had one of tools to do that.

Our Pergola was just as advertised. The delivery date was sooner than expected. All the pieces & equipment were there for assembling. My husband & I are in our eighties so didn’t attempt to put it together ourselves. We hired our handy man to assemble & it took him about 8 hours in a two day period. It looks great on our back deck. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Really looks nice. Not too hard to assemble, but it would be nice if the parts were more clearly labeled. If I had it to do over, I’d re-mark each board with blue painters tape and a marker - and I would seal it before assembling it. Also, it’s hard to assemble if you are putting it together over a hot tub. Much easier if nothing is in the way.
