I bought it last summer and put it together in October after I finished putting in our patio. Very easy to put together with the BILT App instructions. We love the pergola. I put light on it and it looks wonderful at night.

This is a great product and well priced. It’s a great addition to our backyard and was easy to setup. We had one damaged piece from delivery and the customer service was fantastic - replacement piece was sent right away.

Surprised how well this went together. Already received a number of positive comments from around the neighborhood. Very good product for the price. Really puts a finishing touch on our backyard.

I bought my Pergola to go over my patio. I have really enjoyed it. It is exactly what I wanted. I am considering putting a top on it. I have had a couple issues with the electrical plug but after it dries out; it starts working again.

We bought the pergola last year. It was easy to put together-just heavy! It has held up pretty good, just some knicks in the posts from kids. Would purchase again! Wish we could find out what stain they used for touch ups.

I've seen a lot of reviews about how hard this is to assemble so I planned to do it over a few days. I'm pretty handy and it actually o ly took me 5 hours all by myself! I did use the Bilt app which was great.
