Bought the prepared beef tenderloin for Christmas Eve dinner for my fsmily. It was a bit pricey but, it was easy to prepare and was outstanding. Everyone raved about the taste. Used my Dam's money to purchase the tenders.

Beef tenderloin! Always a perfect selection. I have never received one that tasted like liver thru Sams club. What i can't cut into steaks I am able to turn into shish kabobs.

Overnight in refrig with salt, next day cook on low. Grilled to medium and brushed on butter after. Hit of our Christmas dinner. I always buy our US beef tenderloin at Sams.

Well trimmed and ready to prepare. Delicious and good quality cut of meat. Made a Beef Wellington for Christmas dinner and it was a hit. Served 12 people.

Beautifully trimmed. Simple prep, buttered, S&Ped, cooked at 500 for 23 minutes, rested for about an hour while guests enjoyed cocktails and appetizers. Perfectly cooked to medium rare (rare on thicker end) and wonderfully tender and tasty.

Outstanding cut. I’ve bought it twice now to smoke on a pellet smoker. Very little trimming needed. I looked at the prime ones, but this cut looked better. Highly recommended.

Great tasting tenderloin. Arrived quickly. Well trimmed. Great piece. We ordered two for Christmas. I ordered the weekend before and froze it for a few days. Turned out beautifully.

Never received my item and was not issued a refund. Called on two occasions to clarify that they refunded me for the wrong item and was promised a refund both times but never received it.

The quality of the beef was high but the butcher that trimmed this really messed it up. I think in the future I will by one untrimmed and do it myself.

Higher priced be wise it's a trimmed Beef Tenderloin. However ... It was trimmed very well. Ihadadifficult time getting a 3 is center cut roast from the mide of a 5 lb roast. However, yer meat was very tender.
