We purchased two loins for a wedding we catered. The meat was fresh and easy to tie with string in order to cook evenly. We will be getting this again and again for our customers!

Black Angus filet mignon roast...omg, no fat, no Gristley tail, absolutely NO WASTE!! Literally fork tender... we baked it to perfection.... now for the taste... beyond AMAZING...I will never buy it anywhere else!! You can slice and fried or grilled, but why?

Love the meat, but the price has jumped nearly $10 or more a pound over the year. $5 higher than the local butcher.
