Outstanding cut. I’ve bought it twice now to smoke on a pellet smoker. Very little trimming needed. I looked at the prime ones, but this cut looked better. Highly recommended.

Great tasting tenderloin. Arrived quickly. Well trimmed. Great piece. We ordered two for Christmas. I ordered the weekend before and froze it for a few days. Turned out beautifully.

I bought a 4.7lb to prep for freezer. I also bought a vacuum sealer just for the beef. I got 8 good sized filets, 4 odd shaped pieces and enough scraps for 3 solid burgers... I also got minimal waste from the Tenderloin... When I got the meat yesterday, I saw 4 prepackaged filets priced at $69. I paid $150 for the whole Tenderloin At their math, I'm slightly ahead. I usually buy a piece of big meat around Derby time it seems. If I had spent $200 , the math would be much more in my favor. Next year I'll go bigger

Excellent steaks. The whole piece of meat is pre trimmed so there is no waste. I think, although I'm not positive, that buying the entire piece, is slightly less expensive than buying them already cut. The steaks are so tender and delicious and it's nice to have a few in the freezer. I got eight inch and a half steaks and a pound of tenderloin tips.
