Terrible cut would almost consider slimy. Threw away inedible

Made about 12 steaks, so comes out to ~$10/ea. The beef is so tender (can’t get anything like this in restaurant for $10)! Delicious!!

Not a lot of trimming to do; perfect on the smoker. Family said it was the most tender steak I've ever cooked!

Made tenderloin for Christmas dinner. It was tender and very delicious meat. Didn’t have to worry about putting away any leftovers.

Butchers were very helpful taking the time to explain the appropriate cut of beef tenderloin I should purchase. The meat cooked to perfection!!
