The purchase was the waste of $28 sine the steak was full of grizzle and fat.

Bought 4 Prime NY Strip Steaks $88. For a Special dinner and they were tough and not good at all. I might be done with steak at Sam’s.

For the price, not as tender as I had hoped. I won't buy these again, the filets are better in my opinion.
