Good price, rarely saw prime for under $20

I LIKE SHOPPING AT SAMS , I GET A GOOD DEAL ON MANY ITEMS EVERY TIME I SHOP, THE LAST TRIP I ONLY BOUGHT A FEW ITEMS, ALONG WITH SOME GAS. THE GAS PRICES WENT UP THE THE HIGHEST THIS SUMMER IN JUST A FEW DAYS,

I only purchase prime NY Strip, when I buy steak. However the last couple of steaks we have had had a lot of grizzle in the middle of the steak. In my opinion these were not prime cut! Unfortunately this Sam’s only displays a very small quantity.

The main reason I have a Sam’s membership is to purchase their angus beef ; taste and quality and price cannot be beat !!

Steaks looked very nice, plenty of marblings throughout the meat. There was quite a bit of grizzle that was not edible.

After I complained to Sam's that the product was below par for a PRIME cut, it seems to have improved. I do buy it regularly now and will continue to as long as it is available in packs of two.

Second time ordering Prime steaks and unhappy with quality. Both times ordered had a lot of veining in meat and was a bit tough. Had to discard 1/3 of steak.

Not bad, but certainly not as tasty as a tenderloin filet. I settled for these after experiencing sticker shock from the price of the filets. Unfortunately Sam’s has joined most others and increased their prices with the tariff excuse. Their prices had almost doubled going north of eighty dollars for a pack of four. Guess I’ll follow the cow’s advice and “Et Mor Chicken”

This cooked up so nicely, the meat was so tender 🥰🥰🥰

Terrible. There is no way that this was prime beef.
