A little salt and pepper.....medium rare....OMG! Delicious!

great quality when i cooked it it was super juicey and tender that it was melting in my mouth highly recommend product to everyone!!

love these steaks - the marbling is perfect - however I didnt rate it a 5 because the thickness was not the same throughout.

They are tender and delicious. These steaks are cut the right thickness for how I like to cook them. To save money, I cut each steak in half to make 2 dinners. I can only afford these once in a while as I'm retired, disabled and 74.

For the price, not as tender as I had hoped. I won't buy these again, the filets are better in my opinion.

This was supposed to be prime beef, but it was anything but prime. At best, it was basic USDA choice, and mediocre at that.

Home made dry rub and salt. Slow cooked it on the cooler part of our grill for 45 minutes. Reverse sear on the gar part of the grill. Came out perfecto.

The steaks were good, but most of the time on the prime cut they throw in 1 of the 2 steaks an end cut. Some butchers might even label these as "End Cut" and offer them at a discount.

Good price, rarely saw prime for under $20

Can't beat these Prime NY Strips. High quality and great price.
