Always good cuts of meat at Sam's, its the first choice when were grilling steaks. The strip is my favorite cut. For me they have just thenright anount of marbling.

The quality of the meat was great, but these were cut way thinner than anything I've ever seen in the club (I ordered via same day delivery). I was expecting ~1.25" thick and they were more like 0.5".

These steaks are okay. Unfortunately, the last few I purchased had the clear gristle running through them. And the last few were not as tender. Maybe the next batch will be good since this is their Prime steak.

Usually the selection is good.. I struggled that day to find the normal quality of prime strips. It was disappointing that time but usually I find good stuff there.

I chose the Prime over a choice expecting a good tender steak but being a little chewy, I wondered if the choice steak would have been just as good or better for paying a premium and not getting the quality of the steak I expected.

These are usually very good and these did not disappoint. This past Saturday morning my Sams club location had ZERO PRIME STEAKS AVAILABLE! Not one type of Prime Steak in the case! Wondering if this is going to become the new norm

Hard to call this meat Prime. A dose of real Prime flavor but only a dose. Worst is the tough and stringy part of this cut. Going to have to find a real meat shop.

We cooked some choice cut steaks at the same time and manner and the prime grade steaks were disappointing. My last several prime grade purchases at Sam’s have been disappointing and definitely not worth the extra cost.

I freeze & defrost in fridge for 24 hours. One will feed hubby and I, (I only eat about an ounce) Leftovers are frozen for steak quesadillas for another 2-4 meals.

Bought a two pack. Grilled to medium rare over direct heat. Both steaks were eaten completely, with no fat or gristle left behind. Very satisfied. I picked up in store. I would never do curbside for steaks. I know the marbling i like.
