[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My expectations were met with this Nature Made brand magnesium. I feel confident in this product and have not had any side effects. I was worried about upset stomach but haven't had any problems (2 weeks taking the magnesium every other day). The only negative is the large size of the softgel. I do wish they made them smaller but otherwise no complaints. I will continue with Nature Made magnesium!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are easy to take , don't have a bad smell and don't leave a bad aftertaste. They come in a convenient size bottle. And I believe they are a good choice overall. I would recommend these to others as well.

I really enjoyed taking Nature Made’s Magnesium Citrate 250mg capsules. I like to take magnesium supplements for it’s suggested health benefits such as muscle relaxation. Other supplements I have tried have had some side effects but these went down perfectly and I had no issues whatsoever. They are in an easy to swallow gel form, and although it is a larger pill, it went down very easily and smoothly. They had no discernible taste or smell, nor do they have any aftertaste. The citrate form is supposed to be an easier to digest formula—which is a major positive for someone like me whose digestive system goes through food and nutrients quickly. Overall, I found these to be an effective product that worked, were easy to take, and convenient.

Purchased couple days ago. I wanted to change from the Oxide to this Citrate. I don't mind the large size. But now I am reading closer and it takes 2 tables to get the 250mg. I cut open a softgel and that purple covering is thick! I would like to know how well that dissolves so the magnesium inside can be absorbed before it works through the digestive tract.

Large gel capsules are about an inch long. A bit too large for me.

Better than liquid version.

For me, the shape is larger than I am used to, which makes it challenging to swallow.
