This is a great little printer. So much better & easier to use than previous Canon. Just wish there was a manual available that was easier to understand, but would definitely buy again.

This is my first Brother's printer, spending the last few years on HP Printers. I will have to say that I am very pleased with my Brother's printer, It's well designed and performs wonderfully. It's definitely a keeper!

only has lan or usb type b out ports, no usb a, db25, vga or any other ports. also, i have been unable to use wi-fi to connect wirelessly with my windows 11 pc, and the brother set-up only offered bluetooth, not wifi (despite having a wifi button on the control panel) and was unable to connect via bluetooth. now the wifi button on the printer panel constantly blinks and won't shut off. and brother manual says you CANNOT use wireless and wired porting together for 2 computers sharing the printer. i am trying to use the printer with 2 pcs and can't do it so far. the printer works adequately for basic printing with my updated to windows 10 pc, which i continue to use because several important to me apps and features do not work in windows 11. also the ink cartridge it came with lasted less than 200 pages, not the 1000 it claimed. from what i read, hewlitt packard printers have designed built in obsolescence to sharply limit functionality to a few years and often will not work with aftermarket toner or ink so they are not an option. many printer manufacturers are doing this, although hp seems the worst. printers, ink and toner are rife with ripoffs.

First off, it’s 2021, why on earth do companies still sell black and white only printers? And why is this at Sam’s Club? Anyway, I got it home, all set up, printed a test page and went on with my life. Days later I tried to print something and it would not connect to my wifi. I tried to reset the device, unplug, plug back in… nothing worked. And now that I know it’s monochrome it’s going back. I was lead to believe I was getting a good deal, but as usual Sam’s Club sold me some garbage.

I bought the brother laser printer after getting sick of the inkjet and i absolutely love it.

Works well, easy to set up. I wish it would work with both USB connection and WiFi. If connected to a desktop via USB cable, it precludes using WiFi.

The printer has performed very well for me, and I'm very satisfied with the performance of the Brother toner cartridges that I have been using.

I am sorry that I waited as long as I did to go wireless. This printer has been perfect, would definitely recommend as a monochrome choice!

Good printer, Scanning is easy with both paper feed mode and on glass for more resolution. Printing is also great

This is my first laser printer. I am really happy with the printer. I wish the print was a little darker but no biggie.
