Takes a little while to connect, but prints fast, good quality in black and white. I like the laser printer much better than my previous inkjets. This laser printer cost more, but it is worth it. Printer tray can hold a lot of paper. I have never had a paper jam with this printer.

It's good. It prints well and quickly. Happy to have it. Even for a tech-literate setup for wifi was trouble, also figuring out which app to use, still not sure why my phone hides the app though I suspect that's a Pixel problem. With no computer directly attached, there are a number of print to email and scanning issues that are still unresolved. It's good and good value. But far from free from frustration.

Pros: Fast printing, and easy to print from MS WORD, e-mail, etc. Prints double sided, which I like. Cons: You need to be a NASA ENGINEER to figure out how to make a copy off of the simple buttons on the front of the printer. You have to hit about a dozen buttons, after the printer asks you questions, and when you are done -- printer just "bonks" at you and doesn't copy. And, WHO MAKES a printer now a days without a touch LCD screen? Doesn't seem to "scan double sided" into a PDF file for computer, and IF it does, NASA has not taught me how. Prints decent, and fast start up. VERY LOUD PRINTER from what I am used to. HORRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS both in book and online on HOW to operate this printer! Disgruntled, possibly lost customer!

Quick easy setup and use! This all-in-one is great for a home office. I recommend that you buy the TN-760. This printer didn't inform me that my toner was low and I had to run out to grab toner while I was working on a project. Also use the Brother printer app it's a lifesaver!

My first Brother laser printer (and a multi-function at that as well). I am very satisfied with the printer and have used the scanner and the copier functions. All work well and the best part is that it is connected to my WiFi and so no need for any cable to connect to my computer. Also, can send the print job wirelessly from any other devices connected on the Wifi. Very happy with the purchase.

Printer keeps not connecting to our laps even though wifi is fine and has never changed name or password. I cannot reinstall using Brothers software it to make it work either. The printer itself looks like it is connected (WIFI light is on steady, etc.). Maybe their recent Windows 11 version is messed up???

Frustrating so far. The printer loses it’s wireless network connection frequently. It goes into “deep sleep” mode and I have to walk to the printer and wake it up. I’ve had to reinstall the software and drivers twice over about a month on a Windows 10 machine because the printer suddenly could not be found on the network and needed a WINS passcode that doesn’t exist. Anyway, the machine works great when my computers are able to locate it on the network.

This printer is like no other printer I have tried before! It took me some time to set up and start using, however the instructions were clear enough that I was able to begin using my new printer within an hour. This printer takes up a little more room than the one I was previously using, however replaces the need for multiple items and fits nicely on a small table next to my desk. The printer and copier print beautiful and clear copies. My favorite feature of this printer is being able to print using wifi, so I can print things from my phone for work and home. Overall, I think this is a great printer that does it all and you will not be disappointed!

The printer took me less than 10 minutes to hook up including installing the software on my computer and set it up on my phone. The instructions were very clear, but I really didn`t need to use them. The printer is nice and compact. I did struggle with navigating the menu at first and how to select options. I felt with previous printers I owned, I was able to navigate the menu options a little easier. Once I got the hang of this printers menu options, it was super easy. The printer speeds are amazing. I was surprised how fast it prints. This printer met my expectations and does it`s job for my needs.
