I couldn't ask for a better product than my Brother printer

This printer is like no other printer I have tried before! It took me some time to set up and start using, however the instructions were clear enough that I was able to begin using my new printer within an hour. This printer takes up a little more room than the one I was previously using, however replaces the need for multiple items and fits nicely on a small table next to my desk. The printer and copier print beautiful and clear copies. My favorite feature of this printer is being able to print using wifi, so I can print things from my phone for work and home. Overall, I think this is a great printer that does it all and you will not be disappointed!

The printer took me less than 10 minutes to hook up including installing the software on my computer and set it up on my phone. The instructions were very clear, but I really didn`t need to use them. The printer is nice and compact. I did struggle with navigating the menu at first and how to select options. I felt with previous printers I owned, I was able to navigate the menu options a little easier. Once I got the hang of this printers menu options, it was super easy. The printer speeds are amazing. I was surprised how fast it prints. This printer met my expectations and does it`s job for my needs.

The machine itself is very well made & works well, but the software & drivers are a headache. Even with firewalls turned off every PC I install the software on results in a different experience. One main problem is if one installs all the software that's afforded to the products it will cause conflicts. My best solution was to only install Control Center & not install the other apps. Other then that it's a great product & value.

Brother has been a trusted brand in my business, as I use a Brother sewing machine as well. Like my sewing machine, I experienced the quality, efficiency, and ease-of-use in this All-In-One Laser Printer.I like that the packaging was mostly earth-friendly, with recyclable cardboard, and recyclable plastic.The styrofoam isn`t eco-friendly, but, it secured the printer very well for shipment. The ease of unpacking and setting-up was very user-friendly. The only problem I had was getting the Wifi connected, but I eventually solved it. Once that was set-up, I was impressed by how easy it was to print from my phone and computer, throughout the house.My favorite feature on this printer is that I will spend less money on toner than I would on ink by using my inkjet printer. This is my first laser printer, and I must say I prefer it to inkjet printers now. The printer is fairly compact in size considering how much it can do. I have a small online business, so I primarily use my printer for printing shipping labels. I mostly print black ink, so the fact that it doesn`t print color was not a set-back for me. I can always plug-in my inkjet printer for the occasional need of color ink. I printed paper patterns for cut-and-sew projects on the laser printer, and I was happy with the results. I`ve enjoyed using the scanner for my business, especially for scanning in my screen print designs to print on transparency paper. I had to trouble-shoot with using transparency paper, but eventually worked out the problems. I also could see the quality on transparency paper was higher than when I print on transparency paper on my inkjet printer. I would recommend reading the detailed manual for specialty printing, as the quick-start guide doesn`t instruct how to do so. I don`t have a big need for the fax feature, but on the occasion I do send faxes, it will be more convenient than going to the library. My overall impression is that this printer is not only high-quality and efficient, but it is, most of all, versatile. This printer can meet a variety of business printing needs, from printing shipping labels, business labels, printing high-efficiency paperwork/documents, to scanning and printing on various types of paper. I look forward to continued use of this printer for my own business printing needs, and I would recommend this laser printer to other small businesses as well.

I've had this printer for a few months now. So far, I love it! I elected to set up a wired connection to my laptop because so many others complained about the problems with WiFi. I have had not one single problem with this printer! The initial print cartridge that came with the printer provided me with a couple hundred copies before running out. The printer warned me that my ink was getting low and I had plenty of time to order a new cartridge. I would strongly recommend this printer! ♡

Overall, I would give this all in one printer an 7 out of 10. I had a lot of issues with the initial setup, which made it difficult to begin using. But once I got it set up and going, the printer worked perfectly. I was able to print, scan, copy and fax with no issues.The problems I encountered with the the set up were as follows: Because my netbook doesn`t have a cd drive, I couldn`t download the device software to set up the printer. So, as directed, I went to the Brothers website to find the download information. I thought it would be simple to locate the particular printer I had and click the link to download the software. Unfortunately, it wasn`t. I had to search for a few hours, looking for the particular model I had. The pictures didn`t match the one I have and I couldn`t find the model number.After giving it a rest, I went back and finally was able to locate the model of printer I had. I entered my computer make information and was finally able to download the printer software onto my computer.From there, I was able to print, scan and copy with no problem. The prints came out clean and clear, with no lines or anything. The scanner allows you to use the computer software or the printer keypad to do scans. It`s pretty easy to use. Once you get passed the setup part, it`s a great product overall! Definitely one of the best printer all in one systems I`ve ever used.
