It's tough because it's super lean cook long and slow as pot roast. Great for beef stew and to grind for supper lean ground beef

I always buy a bulk case of this to make beef jerky for Christmas gifts. It has the least amount of fat to trim and is very lean.

When it was delivered it was light brown in color. Pick it for yourself and don't get it delivered. I had to cut part of it away and tossed it.

Cooked in crock pot on low as we usually do. Tough as leather. Will NOT buy again.

Beef is not tender and is full of fat. Huge chunks of fat in between the meat. Absolutely disgusting.
