Large chunk of meat for $13 is a great deal. I cooked a few diahes with it.

Always tender. I cook it in my cast iron Dutch over for 3-4 hrs on 340 and always good and tender

It was ok .I used to think Sams had the best roast but this one let me down it was very fatty

Sams always has quality meats. I buy in bulk and seperate into ziploc bags. Saves us money.
