Angus beef has a great flavor and when cooked correctly, (slow roasted) Brisket is a tender and delicious.

This thing was tough as leather, marinaded for three days with tenderizer and smoked it. It was still tough. Flavor was awesome.

We were happy with the cut and quality of two brisket that we purchased at separate times during the holiday season.

I got the trimmed brisket and it had just the right amount of fat to make a tasty brisket I made in the oven.

Briskets were small, lacked enough fat within the meat and the fat caps were cut off a few of them. No way was this Angus Brisket. Will not buy this way again

Trimmed Beef Brisket was pricey but otherwise good quality. Someone should be made to pay for the outrageous cost. I suppose the "pres" bosses are behind this.

Good price, I ll be smoking it next week.

We keep one of these at all times. Great to throw in the smoker. Sam's has great meat choices
