I got the trimmed brisket and it had just the right amount of fat to make a tasty brisket I made in the oven.

Angus beef has a great flavor and when cooked correctly, (slow roasted) Brisket is a tender and delicious.

This thing was tough as leather, marinaded for three days with tenderizer and smoked it. It was still tough. Flavor was awesome.

This brisket cost quite a bit more bc it had been trimmed, therefore I expected it to be much more tender. It was okay but not worth the extra $$.

Trimmed Beef Brisket was pricey but otherwise good quality. Someone should be made to pay for the outrageous cost. I suppose the "pres" bosses are behind this.

Briskets were small, lacked enough fat within the meat and the fat caps were cut off a few of them. No way was this Angus Brisket. Will not buy this way again

I cook brisket every year for Christmas. The brisket I got from Sams was tough meat. A brisket should be extremely tender and fall apart with a fork after slow cooking. I understand Sams is no longer buying their meat from Cargill. I won’t be buying any more brisket from Sams.

We love the Members Mark brisket. I have bought it numerous times through out the year for parties, holidays, and family get togethers. Price is little above average and is not the problem for quality and great tasting meat. The only issue is paying for 1/2 lb - 1 lb of fat that had to be trimmed and discarded.

We bought for the holiday. It was a great cut of meat and was very tender.

It was a choice cut brisket flat but trimmed well.
