This power washer is very easy to operate and works well for an electric PW. Don’t expect it to perform as well as the gas powered PW’s but it certainly can handle moderate cleanups. It is easy to assemble, fairly compact, and stores well.

Didn't even get to use it. Started leaking immediately when water was ran through and pump was turned on. It was leaking where the gun goes on the hose. I unscrewed it and a crumbled gasket came out. It's also very short and I had to lift it to pull it where I wanted it. I'm only 5'8" very awkward. It was returned.

I bought this on a Saturday. I put it together and come to find out the spray gun has no adapter on it with no way of attaching the high pressure hose to the gun. Tuesday (Monday was Labor Day) and come to find out I have to exchange the entire unit at Sams or mail it in because the one adapter they can't send to me. Sam's is a 3 hour trip that I make infrequently so talk about an inconvenience. I will never buy a "Joe" product again and Sam's shouldn't stock them.

Bought the pressure washer one year ago, still under warranty the nozzle wand fell apart . Sun Joe took the warranty complaint but has not sent a replacement in over two months, claiming they don't have a replacement part. Opinion Sun Joe has NO intent on replacing warranty parts. BEWARE OF PURCHASES.

After 5-6 times used in 2.5 years , it had a blast and water start to rush under the unit.Very disappointed. I had the SPX -2700-MAX Sept 29,2024. Dissembled the unit and found the problem. The plastic piece which connects the water into the motor had a crack. This is design flaw. When you tighten the hose to the connected you put pressure the plastic piece which is hold by a single screw. Event it is a hard plastic , it may crack.

There is no way this pressure washer is rated above 2,000 psi. It would not have the power to do any household work effectively. The wheel brush is awkward and can't get into the small areas in your wheels. The foam cannon broke when I removed it from the holding spot. I would pass on this one.

Bought this unit mid-late March 2022. Used it two times, worked wonderfully, highly enjoyed using it. Started to use it for a third time, worked for about 5 minutes, then started pulsing. Would not keep pressure. Sam's Club refunded my money with out any questions. I don't use a pressure washer but 2x year sping and fall to clean my patio. I have an OLD washer I bought 10-15 years ago from HSN. It still works but no where near the power of the Sun Joe. I'm on the hill to replace with like unit or just rent when I need one.

I’m comparing this to a greenworks 1700 psi pressure washer I paid $79 for, Memorial Day weekend, 2019. Pros: It has a handle & wheels, so it’s easier to move around while using, & stores in a smaller footprint. One needs to move it around a fair amount, because the pressure hose is exactly as short as the greenworks’. Maybe a coupling could join them together. A swivel would be great, too, because, like the greenworks, you’ll be un-twisting said hose frequently. Cons: The pressure was disappointing. I expected 400 more psi out of this unit, than the greenworks, especially an aged 5 years greenworks. The promise of organization & storage with the wand holder, pressure hose & power cord hooks doesn’t really deliver. The upper wand holder came off 3x, because, while it has a locking tab, there’s nothing for it to lock into, so I’ll have to run a screw in. I tried wrapping the power cord from the hook (which required me to slide it off, just like the wand holder slides off, & reattach it upside down)to the handle, which kind of worked, with the addition of a Temu cord keeper (piece of nylon with Velcro), & I used another on the pressure hose, which I wrapped around its holder-didn’t find a way to keep it better, like the power cord, except employing the Temu keeper. Meh!

I literally bought this in store without reviewing first because we wanted to start washing our cars rather than using a car wash. The soap nozzle is only good for dispensing soap. I was expecting it to resemble a car wash with high pressure while dispensing soap but that is not the case here. It's good for laying a coat of soap on your car and that's about it. You'll need a separate brush (because you would have to detach the soap dispenser and attach the brush) to brush your car while the soap is coated on it. Rinsing is fine as it has plenty of power at that point.

Issues right out of the box. O ring from hose to handle broke on install. Luckily I keep spares. After I fixed that now it leaks between the handle and the nozzle and the o ring is intact. Poor quality control from the factory. Called to see if I could get a replacement wand and they want me to box it up and drag it to a shipping company. Just returning to the store and will get something better.
