This power washer is very easy to operate and works well for an electric PW. Don’t expect it to perform as well as the gas powered PW’s but it certainly can handle moderate cleanups. It is easy to assemble, fairly compact, and stores well.

Sun Joe SPX2700-MAX did a great job on carport, porch and driveway; however, the pressure hose only lasted about 6-8 hours before it ruptured. Not sure if this item is worthy of any prolonged use. Very disappointed.

Just recieved my SPX2700 today but i put it together and used it right away cause i wanted to make sure it worked. It worked great right out of the box. I used it to clean my brick pavers and concrete patio. I had light stains from BBQ grease, bird droppings and tire marks from my kids tricycle and toy cars. All of it came right out easily. Then I also washed our welcome mat which has never been cleaned and it's 2years old. Well after I was done I realized our welcome mat was not gray in color hahaha it's beige again. I know this review is from only a 30minute use but from what I see it will handle most household chores. Seems like a good product for the purchase price.

Have used this a couple times and during a routine use, the hose that attaches th wan to the machine, blew off the machine. When it did this, it stripped where it screws into the machine. I now have a machine that I cannot attach the wand to and I am probably outside the return window.

After 5-6 times used in 2.5 years , it had a blast and water start to rush under the unit.Very disappointed. I had the SPX -2700-MAX Sept 29,2024. Dissembled the unit and found the problem. The plastic piece which connects the water into the motor had a crack. This is design flaw. When you tighten the hose to the connected you put pressure the plastic piece which is hold by a single screw. Event it is a hard plastic , it may crack.

I love my Sun Joe pressure washer! I am 71 years young and it was a huge help for me with spring cleaning!! I used it to wash screen and my outside windows! Then I pressure washed my back patio! It worked great and so easy for a widow to get a lot of spring cleaning done!

Bought the pressure washer one year ago, still under warranty the nozzle wand fell apart . Sun Joe took the warranty complaint but has not sent a replacement in over two months, claiming they don't have a replacement part. Opinion Sun Joe has NO intent on replacing warranty parts. BEWARE OF PURCHASES.

Bought this unit mid-late March 2022. Used it two times, worked wonderfully, highly enjoyed using it. Started to use it for a third time, worked for about 5 minutes, then started pulsing. Would not keep pressure. Sam's Club refunded my money with out any questions. I don't use a pressure washer but 2x year sping and fall to clean my patio. I have an OLD washer I bought 10-15 years ago from HSN. It still works but no where near the power of the Sun Joe. I'm on the hill to replace with like unit or just rent when I need one.

I bought the pressure washer on 31 Mar and used it on 1 Apr. After an hour, the water hose began to leak excessively at the connection to the spray gun. I called Sun Joe this morning (5 Apr) and told them what happened. I was told a gasket failed and they could give me the specifications so I replace it myself. When I asked for a replacement hose, they said they are on back order and could not replace it. I was then told because it's less than 30 days, I could return it to Sam's Club for a replacement or my money back. Sun Joe waived all responsibility for the failure and placed it back on me to resolve with Sam's Club. I would not recommend this product or any other Sun Joe product.

I bought this on a Saturday. I put it together and come to find out the spray gun has no adapter on it with no way of attaching the high pressure hose to the gun. Tuesday (Monday was Labor Day) and come to find out I have to exchange the entire unit at Sams or mail it in because the one adapter they can't send to me. Sam's is a 3 hour trip that I make infrequently so talk about an inconvenience. I will never buy a "Joe" product again and Sam's shouldn't stock them.
