Disappointed in the quality of this pressure washer. The pump hose inlet is plastic. Unboxed the unit got it all together and fired it up for a couple minutes. Seemed to work ok. Got it out week or so later to wash a car. Used it less than fan minutes, not continuous. The unit quit and that was it. Won't be buying another Sun Joe product.

Gets the job done. Not too heavy, good coverage with wand hose. Some of the accessory parts should just be removed before using as they are apt to fall off/out when changing location of unit. (The wand storage cup is not secured well and falls off when used in grassy areas.)

I was looking for a pressure washer that would do small to medium jobs. I didn't want to fuss with an engine. I found this Sun Joe at my local Sam's Club. I purchased it and am thrilled with how it performed. Assembly was not complicated. It was easy to learn how to use. And it worked well!

Pressure washer works pretty good. Only real complaint I have is that the included foam cannon is poorly designed. The foam cannon does not work up any substantial foam like the other I have does and it continually fell out of the wand. After about 10 minutes use it had either fell out of the wand or the tank holding the foam came off at least 8 times. Lost almost all the washing soap on the ground. That is a deal breaker for me so I returned it.

Had power washer one month. Kept cutting off, then stopped completely. Called sun joe. They’ll replace it.

Failed after third use. Machine will not turn off when releasing the trigger, it just pulses and shakes until I manually turn the knob to OFF.

Didn't get a chance to use the devise, parts were missing and the washer that I had purchased had been previously used and returned.

Sun Joe SPX2700-MAX did a great job on carport, porch and driveway; however, the pressure hose only lasted about 6-8 hours before it ruptured. Not sure if this item is worthy of any prolonged use. Very disappointed.

This power washer is very easy to operate and works well for an electric PW. Don’t expect it to perform as well as the gas powered PW’s but it certainly can handle moderate cleanups. It is easy to assemble, fairly compact, and stores well.

Connection leaked! We couldn’t keep the water line from leaking while using— resulting in getting DRENCHED. Definitely not using that twice, so returned our lemon. Surely they all don’t do that.
