Im not the biggest cheese fan but my boyfriend absolutely loves cheese and he really loves extra sharp cheddar cheese. This is one of his favorites for sure. Its healthy and I always like to have some in the fridge for him to snack on.

This cheese had a nice flavor. However the cheese was so crumbly it was unpleasant and hard to eat. I wish there was more moister with this cheese it would have given a great texture.

It has really unique taste and texture even for a cheese addict. Compared to the other brands this cheddar feels tough to cut but melts in the mouth. Price point is excellent for the quality of the cheese. I would definitely repurchase!

Great flavor cheese at a great price! Tillamook is my go-to brand of cheese for snacking and for adding flavorful cheese varieties to a home-made charcuterie board.

It’s sharp, rich, and from the Pacific Northwest; what more is there to love?! I have to say that this also grates well for mac and cheese (a definite plus)!

Honestly anything Tillamook is good to me! I love all their cheese. I think this cheese tastes better than other cheeses because it has a sharper flavor.

I love sharp cheddar. And this one is pretty decently sharp. I’ve bought it load of times. I eat it by itself and with crackers. I like the extra sharp. I like the bite.

I can't find a cheese at this price that is aged for 15 months, the longer its aged the less lactose. It's delicious and if you can take the time to shred this yourself, I promise you will never buy shredded again.

The absolute best flavor. I recently visited this facility in Oregon, they have the vest i e cream and dairy, and cheese. The flavor is perfection. They package it perfectly to keep it fresh. It's my favorite brand.
