I've bought the Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar, both yellow and white, and they just don't do it for me like the other extra sharp cheddar that Sam's used to carry. They just don't have that great 'snap' bite.

I eat this cheese everyday in my breakfast egg scramble. My boyfriends loves it too, we eat slices of it as a snack and I'm looking forward to adding it to a cheeseboard!
