Again. Just the best cheese. Has the perfect sharpness to it. I use it all the time for sandwiches, soups, snack anything cheese is called for this is my go to cheese.

I've bought the Tillamook Extra Sharp Cheddar, both yellow and white, and they just don't do it for me like the other extra sharp cheddar that Sam's used to carry. They just don't have that great 'snap' bite.

I take these for snack and with my lunch as part of a keto lunch. I like the cheese, I wish it was a bit sharper, but much better than a store brand sharp cheese for sure
