I really like this block of cheese. It's smooth and has a really sharpness to it. It is alittle crumbly when you slice I t, which I don't mind. But I can see how some could. I would recommend it overall.

My favorite block style cheese to use on charcuterie or for just making snack sized cracker plates for friends or my daughter. Great flavor, even better value. Definitely recommend anyone try this cheese, it is my favorite brand.

This is my favorite cheese. I hate that it’s kinda hard to find where I live. It tastes amazing. I grew up on it in California, moving to the Midwest sucked because it’s hard to find.

This is a top notch name, all of their cheese varieties are better than the store brand (my old ‘go-to’). I like that this is available in my rural area.

Superb and Superb! I wish I could afford to cook regularly with this cheese. But I guess it makes it a more special occasion when I do buy it to have as a snack. I like a ton of cheeses but this is one of my all time favorites.

I’m from Wisconsin, and the rumors are true. Cheese is a big deal here lol. This is a good cheese. I prefer to get my cheese from an actual cheese factory, but when you’re at the store, this is a great, convenient substitute.

This cheese is delicious and worth the premium price. The extra sharp is very apparent with this cheddar. Melts great for grilled cheese or casserole.

There are so many uses for this cheese for me but my main use is for my charcuterie boards! Absolutely yummy, full of flavor, soft and creamy but not too creamy. Goes perfectly with some black pepper crackers!

Something has changed in the last few months to the quality and/or aging of the Sharp and Extra Sharp 2lb blocks. The last few times I've purchased they have been very, very soft.

This brand is so good! I don't usually eat dyed/yellow cheese, but I will make an exception for this extra sharp cheese! Mmmm with a piece of onion in top of a cracker. #whereitsat
