I was skeptical to change detergents but a friend of mine recommended Dreft and I am hooked. It smells great and has no harsh chemicals for his sensitive skin! Worked great for any set in stains.

This detergent smells so amazingly good. I am now completely obsessed with the smell and have kept buying it because I just cannot get enough! Definitely worth the extra cost in my opinion. I will re-purchase until she is in college :). Highly recommend. 

I was so disappointed when I purchased a new bottle of Dreft and found that the delicious original scent had changed. It’s awful! I have a 7 & 5 year old and only used Dreft on their clothing BECAUSE I loved the fragrance. I will NOT be repurchasing Dreft or the “solution” of scent beads and unfragranced detergent. I shouldn’t have to make 2 purchases now to enjoy the original scent of your detergent. If you feel like this is a good change for your company even after reading all the reviews about the horrible new fragrance, then you need to reevaluate your marketing department! This change is like if J&J changed the fragrance of their baby lotion. INSANE! My suggestion would be to offer the original fragrance along with the new one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Dreft Stage 1 Newborn Liquid Detergent. It has a nice subtle smell without being overpowering, and it is so gentle on the whole family’s skin. It did not cause any irritation to my baby’s skin either, which is a great relief!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone always recommends Dreft as a laundry detergent for newborn babies. I feel that is a high quality product and for the longest time it probably was the best for your baby's laundry. However, in today's market there are so many perfume/dye free laundry soaps that are cheaper per ounce I'm not sure if Dreft is still the best choice. It has a pleasant baby fresh scent that was nice, and before having my first baby I had no problems with scents in my laundry and actually enjoyed the clothes smelling nice. However, since my baby was born I've been more concerned with reducing the amount of chemicals and perfumes my baby is exposed to and feel like other soaps offer that for me at a better price. That being said, I thought Dreft provided a very thorough clean to the clothes and softened them without having to add additional fabric softener and the smell was pleasant without being overbearing. I feel that this is a very good product, but just not for me.

The original reason I got it was for my baby but ended up washing my toddlers clothes with it too and his eczema didn't act up at all. I love the scent and the fact that the scent last awhile. I will be continuing to purchase this laundry detergent in the future.

If your child is like mine and their skin is super sensitive, I highly suggest you switch to Dreft! You won't regret the switch. Never will I use a different brand for her.

Not only is it gentle on my baby's delicate skin, but it also does an excellent job of cleaning those tough stains and keeping my little one's clothes looking fresh and bright. I love that it's HE compatible, making it perfect for my high-efficiency washing machine. The light, fresh scent is an added bonus that leaves our babies laundry smelling amazing. We love it!

Dreft is one of the few products that I can wash their clothes in that does not cause them to break out or itch constantly. While it does have a mild smell, that particular fragrance does not seem to both them. I highly recommend this product and will continue to use it!
