[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dreft Newborn Liquid Detergent is a great laundry detergent that is both effective on cleaning my baby's clothing and is gentle for him as well. Having a preemie who is sensitive to everything, Dreft is all that I will use to keep his clothing, bedding and diapers clean.

But this new detergent is strong enough for a load of my own laundry and it works very well! I was slightly concerned since it had a light scent and usually Dreft is formulated for babies it wouldn’t work but I was blown away & continue to use for my whole family. I actually prefer this than my regular unscented products.

I am glad there is a Dreft detergent for a whole family. I love it and want to use for all of us in our family. It removes most of the spots on the clothes. Not just my daughter's clothes but mine or my husband's. I like the fact that it is made of natural ingredients. It doesn't cause any irritation at all. The clothes feel soft and clean.

I’m not a big fan of Dreft because I think it’s pretty expensive for laundry detergent and my oldest didn’t seem to like it as she had very sensitive skin. I love the smell of it and I like how long it seems to last on the clothes but for me it’s not worth the price point

I used Dreft when I had my first baby in 2019 and I loved it - especially the scent. I am about to have a second baby and bought a bottle. I just did my first load of wash with it and found the scent is different. I still like the detergent but I really wish they’d bring back the old scent. I miss that smell on my baby’s clothes :(

I haven't used Dreft in several years until now, and I was very disappointed by the fact that Dreft Stage 1 for newborns smells like cheap cologne like most regular laundry detergents these days. It is very overwhelming and almost nauseating. What happened to it smelling like a baby, the soft, gentle, clean smell? I don't want to use scent-free as I want my granddaughter's clothes to smell like a baby. Why would you change the scent??
