I was so disappointed when I purchased a new bottle of Dreft and found that the delicious original scent had changed. It’s awful! I have a 7 & 5 year old and only used Dreft on their clothing BECAUSE I loved the fragrance. I will NOT be repurchasing Dreft or the “solution” of scent beads and unfragranced detergent. I shouldn’t have to make 2 purchases now to enjoy the original scent of your detergent. If you feel like this is a good change for your company even after reading all the reviews about the horrible new fragrance, then you need to reevaluate your marketing department! This change is like if J&J changed the fragrance of their baby lotion. INSANE! My suggestion would be to offer the original fragrance along with the new one.

I’ve used Dreft for all my babies. I bought the new scented detergent a while back. Didn’t think it’ll much about it... until I was pregnant again. I cannot be near this detergent without getting severely nauseous. This never happened when I used the old detergent during pregnancy. The new scent is overwhelming. Pregnant women beware! I will no longer be using this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very particular in the type of detergent we use for our baby's clothes. We love this stuff. Smells great, cleans great and is safe for newborn use. Don't have to use a lot for it to work and relatively inexpensive.

Gives the clothes a nice clean baby scent....it leaves the babies clothes super soft...I love this detergent so much that I also use it as an adult...I have recommended it to all of my family and friends...

I don’t know who decided to change the scent, but this was a terrible move. It’s completely overwhelming to my old nose and I’m convinced it’s acrid to a baby’s tender senses. It’s like the old lady drenched in stinky perfume who insists on holding your little one. I’m not being sarcastic, it’s really that bad. You’d be better off buying store brand unscented baby detergent and using Dreft Blissfuls for that comforting scent of the old school Dreft.

This is great to wash your babies clothes. The smell is so subtle. It leaves the clothes so soft for babies, especially if you wash their clothes right before they are both. Babies love soft clothes and blankets, so this is perfect to wash your baby clothes and blankets.

It costs more, but cleans well, doesn't make me itch and I can use it on all my dresses and work clothes, so is totally worth it. My clothes don't fade and it is gentle on the fabric.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this product for my newest granddaughters clothing. It is the one detergent that doesn’t break her delicate skin out. Thankfully it’s been easy to find as well locally in our tiny town. Easy to measure the right amount and pour.
