Good gate with one or two extensions but buckles pretty easy when at its full length. My daughter didn't see it in the dark and ran into it. One of the screws that hold in the supports/rubber pieces bent pretty easy but other than that it's a convenient gate at a great price.

Gate is okay, not as nice as Carlson but you get what you pay for. Shipping is totally lame, they say "shipped" a few hours after purchase and it comes over a week later, two days after their "delivery date"...totally lame, but hey what do you expect from the bottom of the barrel retailer? "money talks and......walks"

We are loving this gate. It fit perfectly on our space (52inch so we don't even need the 4" extension). It adjust well to the wall. We add some wall protector with rubber under that help kipping it steady and we add a banister Y addaptor on one side. It works grate. Easy to open for my 4yr old but keeps my 1yr out of the stairs. Very happy. We order a second one.

This gate has a sturdy construction and holds up well. I am using it for separating my pets from part of the house. I have an odd size opening of 47" and this gate fits well with the given extentions. This gate is more solid feeling than the acordian style gates made of wood or plastic. Shipping with site to store arrived early and the packaging is well designed.

This gate states up to 58" width but if you have a 55" width you have to basically not use this gate. Because of the hassle of a return we had to purchase a piece of wood and screw it into the wall to make this gate work. I am not happy with it at all and when the extensions are together there is nothing to hold the pieces together - it makes installation very difficult.

The add stated with an order of $50 freight would be free. I ordered two items so total would be more than the $50. I also noticed there are no phone #'s anywhere so you woan't be bothered with calls! Walmart charged me freight. Not good! Not very user friendly! Unhappy

Put it together by myself in about 15 minutes (didn't even need to screw the end cap things into the wall because the tension is strong enough to hold it in place). Only gate I have ever gotten that I didn't HATE. Also beats a lot of the higher priced gates.

I am using it for a pet gate, with 2 of the extensions. I like the pressure mount, but you do have to be careful going through the gate. If you hit it by accident, it throws off the position of the mounts. I do wish the walk thru gate was slightly larger than it is. Overall, it is just what I was looking for. I haven't had it long, but so far I am very happy with it.

Great item! Easy to install once I caught on to the trick of it. I had to have something that was sturdy, attractive, would stand up to outdoor use, could be installed without use of screws since my apartment complex doesn't allow that, and would keep my old dogs safe. Just pay close attention to the directions.

We love this gate. We ordered it to keep our three dogs from being under foot in the kitchen, so now I can clean and cook in piece, and my company doesn't get bombarded by excited pups upon trying to enter our home. This gate has helped me gain control over this small area of my life. Easy to install. Stays in place, my dogs don't even try to jump it, it's taller than a normal pressured baby gate. It definitely serves its purpose for our home, I would definitely recommend.
