Flats !!

You gotta let them semi-thaw.. Then you gotta put some cornmeal on your work area... Fold over the edges to make a crust. Use a Pizza scorer on the inside of the pizza, makes a perfect crust... Never a bubble !! Tossing a pizza is a pain, these save time !!!

Not good.

I was buying the dough balls and they made perfect pizza. I'd make pizza a few times a week as good as any pizza place. They switched to these flats and they are pretty terrible. Highly disappointed. I've tried cooking them every different way, rising, defrosting, ect. These are terrible, $2 frozen pizzas have better crusts.
