Have purchased these mozzerella sticks for years for my restaurant. Since the packaging has changed - so has the product. They are no skinny sticks, when frying them commercially - temperature should be 160 degress - If you achieve this without the product blowing up all over your fryers, you are a lucky person. 120 degress is the max and they are still cold in the middle

These were disgusting. They some how manage to be flavorless and gross at the same time. I tried sprinkling salt to see if it would help, nope. I tried several different methods to cook them, all with the same results. Don't waste your money on these.

The recipe was definitely changed on these cheese sticks. I enjoyed the first two bags That were purchased. The breading lacked flavor . The cheese was rubbery and the combination was horrible! I was so mad that I threw the entire second bag away! I prepared them the same way in the air fryer !

My family and I love these and have bought them for quiet some time, but the last box was not the same quality or taste. The exterior breading was a different color and texture and the cheese never melted to a stringy consistency. Something is different. Not sure if it's a different formula or different supplier

Used to buy the Farm Rich brand at Sam's, but like a lot of brand name items, they've swapped it out for Member's Mark brand. These are just ok. Easy to cook in air fryer, only takes 10 minutes or less. But there is no seasoning in the breading, and no cheese "pull". Very spongy. Meh.

I bought these today because I love cheese sticks. I can't even describe the taste. They didn't taste anything like cheese sticks. They were worse than awful!!! I think the box they came in would have tasted better. These are going back tomorrow. Don't waste your money.

These were amazing! I purchased these due to the positive reviews and was greatly impressed. I liked the thin coating of the breading, a lot thinner than other freezer brands and it had a buttery, greasiness to it. It was more buttery which was surprisingly enjoyable. I did not plan to eat these due to the high calories and the fact that each are 3 points on the Weight Watchers blue plan. However, they are extremely good and perfect in the air fryer with no additional cooking spray or oil. My daughter who is a cheese stick lover was the reason I purchased these and I have a hard time not eating one every time I make them for her. Definitely worth trying if you or your loved ones are cheese stick lovers. Just be aware that only 3 are a serving size since many people would expect 5 or 6 for to fast food portions.

I haven't seen mozzarella sticks (the cylindrical kind, not the weird flat TGIFriday's kind) in stock at my usual grocery stores in like a year, so I snapped this up during my last Sam's run. They cook up in minutes in the air fryer and make a great quick side for any meal, or just a snack. Four minutes at 360 F does it for me, and hits the sweet spot of stretchy, melty cheese with minimal cheese leakage.

I thought these had a good taste but I felt they did not get that crunchy in the air fryer at 400°. I would recommend deep frying this brand the cheese was not overly creamy either fairly stiff like. Again maybe deep frying would help. Otherwise they were good.

These are the worst...seriously the WORST mozzarella sticks I have ever had. I love the Members Mark battered ones, and that is what I thought I was buying. In addition to having a very poor flavor, there was literally almost no cheese inside of these. Just a hollow breading. Very disappointing...I ate 2 and threw the entire pack away!
