OK for the price

I purchased this sectional during Black Friday pricing, but would not pay full list price. It goes together easy enough. The fabric seems as if it will hold up, but the cushions are narrow and VERY firm. It is a practical purchased for someone who needs the additional storage and sleeping space. If you do not really want or need those features, save your money and get a more comfortable sofa. The most important thing to note is that this sectional ships in two separate boxes that are not guaranteed to ship at the same time. My boxes arrived a full WEEK apart with no notice or explanation. This was definitely an inconvenience, but I did end up receiving both boxes.

Couch

It was good when we got it at first. Affordable with smaller sizing and it looked nice. But after a few months both the arms cracked and caved in where one would put their elbows right in the middle part of the arm. It looks in tact from the side but as soon as you rest your arm it scoops in. So it's not sturdy enough for you to use it as support when standing up or sitting down. Another thing is don't expect company to sleep well on the pull out portion. It soon caved in as well. So unless you don't mind being stuck in one position. I wouldn't recommend this couch as a daily use piece.

This is a brand new item, it has only been available for a month. Reviewer states "a few months". Which could not possibly be this item. This person is reviewing the wrong item. Functional Furniture

My family needed a smaller couch for one of our rooms and this sectional worked perfectly. It is firm but functional which is why I purchased it. Also, there was a Black Friday special so that was a nice bonus. The pieces are interchangeable so I can reverse the layout. This is NOT a couch for little kids. The arms of the couch seem fragile but as a whole the couch feels stable. I am giving this item 4 out of 5 stars because of the difficulty sliding the arms on each side. However, overall I would recommend this piece if you have limited space and want a functional couch/bed for guests.

Hello, thank you for this review. Furniture tends to soften with time, so hopefully it gets squishier with use, but will still maintain its durability. Damaged upon arrival

I was excited and wanted to love this sleeper sectional, but it came damaged. I tried to fix it, but my fix didn't work. In addition to being broken, the bed part didn't clear the chaise section so it wouldn't pull out to make a bed. I ended up returning it.

Not worth the value

The material is very harsh, the size is too small to be an actual sofa bed. More like for a children’s room. The sides don’t click into the sofa part we pushed it against the side of the wall for one end and hope my daughter doesn’t hurt herself on the other. Already looking into a new one but this time shopping in person.

One armrest goes on top of the chaise brackets, the other goes under the sofa side brackets. Also - please note, we do include measurements on site so dimensions and size can be visualized. To difficult to put together

The sofa is the perfect size for small area, but trying to put it together is very difficult. I’ve had it for two weeks and still can’t get the arm rests on. They do not slide or click into place. I’ve reached out for support and still have not received a response. I can’t find a video or any other guidance on how to put this thing together. I’ll probably take it back to the store ☹️☹️
