We never have yet received the second chair! We still don’t have it as of 12/28/22 but are happy with the first chair, which was 12/13/22. We have been In Touch with multiple people at Sam’s, and pilot the delivery company. Promises promises!

Left arm is slanted. I dont think its attached properly. Arrived that way. Now ive got to figure out who to contact. Im a senior so impossible for me to repair. I cant even imagine how hard it will be to return.

While there was some confusion from the manufacturer in shipping it to me, I was super pleased with the chair once it arrived. With only minor assembly required, I had it set-up in no time. The chair is roomy and adjusts many different ways from reclining, fully extended and back support. And the motor is super quiet and smooth operating. Best furniture buy for the money I’ve made in a while.

Such a sleek comfortable recliner. My husband loves the power aspect so that he can stop the recliner in the most comfortable spot and the headrest comes forward to make tv watching comfortable as well. We purchased the brown to match our other furniture. He doesn’t really need the storage compartments but if it were mine I would definitely find them handy for remotes, pen and paper and earbuds etc. we just hope the recliner lasts as long as our old recliner from Sam’s. We think it was at least 17-18 years old.

I’ve had the recliner now for a couple weeks. I’m 5’10” and the recliner is comfortable to me. My feet do hang off a bit when reclined but it doesn’t bother me. It’s not too hard or too soft. It’s also comfortable when not reclined. It seems to be built well. For the price I would recommend it.

Perfect except for footstool length - 6’ 210 lbs . Chair fits great, loved the head cushion -best arm length,etc. However, the footstool length left me hanging over 10” - way too short to be comfortable. I had high hopes but ended up returning to the store. Delivery was faster than expected.

I switched out a chase lounge for this chair. I have had for a week and so far great! In this short period of time and not quit broken in, it is really comfortable, I’m so lazy when I recline in it, that I do not want to get up. It was super easy to put together, 2pcs, plug in and done.

We love the recliners, bought two. Easy to assemble. We encountered a problem with one, the zipper between the backrest and seat would not engage. We tried to fit the end together and gave up after some 30 minutes. These zippers should be closed after being attached to the material to make sure they close. It would be too much trouble to return the item.

Nice chair for the intro price we paid. Good color, nice stitching. Smooth action on power reclining functions. Love the independent head adjustment. Great feel and support to the leg/foot rest. Like that you can set up and still support the legs up. I’m 5’4. Fits me nicely. Hoping the support of the foam cushioning holds out. To soon to tell. Forms where I sit, recovers between uses. Fingers crossed.
