Left arm is slanted. I dont think its attached properly. Arrived that way. Now ive got to figure out who to contact. Im a senior so impossible for me to repair. I cant even imagine how hard it will be to return.

This was a gift to Granddaughter and family and they all love it, including the 2 year old. Husband is 6' 4" so it's a trifle short but the adjustable headrest compensates

The comfort is average. The cup holders very good. My main problem is with the position of the controls and the lack of definition, You have to look at the controls to select which button to push.

The only negative is the terrible shipper, PILOT. They never stated by leaving a message that I should call and establish a delivery date and time. They left no message at all. So there it sat in a warehouse for most of a week until I called them and they stated that I hadn't set one up. The chair is great and I did not have any problems with it and all features work perfectly. It could be more softer. So if your shipper is Pilot be sure to set up a delivery a date and time.

We love the recliners, bought two. Easy to assemble. We encountered a problem with one, the zipper between the backrest and seat would not engage. We tried to fit the end together and gave up after some 30 minutes. These zippers should be closed after being attached to the material to make sure they close. It would be too much trouble to return the item.

Because we've only had the chair for about a week I can't say how it will hold up long term, but at this point it seems like a decent chair for the money. I looked at so many different options and finally decided on this, as it was on sale and seemed like a good choice. I'm replacing a chair that held up for over 15 years, but was a good quality. I don't expect to get this to do the same, but again...for the money it's decent.

Delivery was fast via FedEx. I took the chair out of the box and rolled the chair in the house . It came in 2 separate pieces. I purchased this for my teenage daughter and she loves it. It was so easy to put together. She says the chair is very comfortable - her legs aren’t too short for the seat or footrest ( she is 5’6”) . I’m so glad I made this purchase . The cup holders are convenient as well as the storage in both arm rests .

I ordered the chairs prior to Christmas, delivery took a little longer than stated but that is not surprising near Christmas. We have used our new Movie room and the chairs for several Movie nights and are vary pleased. The chairs are very comfortable. Paired with a large screen TV on wall, and surround sound, it gives a very Theater like experience. The Chairs were easy to assemble. just watch putting the back on, very easy to pinch your finger. I would definitely recommend these chairs.

Very pleased with the recliner. Thought it seemed like a great value! It's comfortable and was not difficult to assemble except for the zipper. There are teeth missing from one side of the zipper so it cannot be closed; but other than catching things that might fall out of a pocket, we really don't see that the closed zipper is necessary. (Recommend that the manufacturer consider using velcro instead of a zipper)
