These Mason electric recliners in my judgement, look great, are extremely comfortable, are easy to assemble / disassemble and feature easy adjustable electric headrest and leg lift. There is no valid reason not to like them. The only improvement I might suggest is to offer this item in genuine leather. I cannot understand why any one would not like this recliner unless their body was abnormal (too big to fit in the chair)

We got this because my husband was set on home theater recliners. We took advantage of the Black Friday deal. Pros: Really good Black Friday Price They look nice and the power headrest is definitely a plus. Easy to unpack and put together. Cons: On the smaller side, just don't see anyone on the bigger and/or taller side being comfortable here. Your feet and head will spill outside the recliner. The power buttons are a bit slow. The usb get extremely hot. Can't cuddle (obviously) We decided they are just not for us after just a couple of hours of use. Just not the style/size we were looking for. So we packed them up (bit of a pain) and returning them. We decided to put more cushioning on our nice older microfiber recliner sofas and as good as new, and we can CUDDLE!

Amazing chairs

The arm rest compartment cover fell apart right away within a few month. Called the repairman and he fixed but broke off again. It's a bad design. People uses elbow or hands to steady themselves or get up and the cover is not steady or strong enough . Oversight design.

I bought the Mason power recliner for watching TV. With the separate headrest adjustment I can have my feet elevated but I can keep my eyes toward the TV and not the ceiling. Or I can just recline the headrest for napping. This recliner only needs to set about 6 inches from the wall. The control buttons on the inside of the armrest are a bit small but they are in a convenient location. This is the second recliner I have ordered from Sam's Club. Having it delivered was much easier than transporting it from the store. It is rather heavy. It came in a box, and it was basically in 2 pieces. The back set onto the bottom, plugged in the plugs, and turn it on. Like my Travis power recliner, the Mason power recliner also started making a fart like sound when changing positions from the seat cushion rubbing against the inside of the armrest. I slid a 4 inch by 12 inch piece of ordinary kitchen wax paper between the side of the seat cushion and the side of the arm rest, and no more noise. Since the paper is only 4 inches beside the cushion it is not interfering with any of the internal mechanics within the recliner. The wax paper allows movement without the surfaces dragging against each other and causing the ugly noise.

Easy to assemble, comfy, and controls in a great place. Lots of storage...we like our first so much, we got a second!!
