Horrible quality. Loose screw holding mechanism to frame would not tighten. Cracked wood frame under fabric . When sitting in chair, actually leaned to the right. Sent email to customer service of manufacturer and not even the courtesy of a response.

Junk recliner and customer service.

I love this chair ! I was looking far and wide for a power recliner with cup holders and a usb, i finally found it. The chair is well made and so far holding up. The motors are pretty smooth and it reclines a good way almost flat. The fabric is very comfortable and soft. I would highly recommend this chair.
