That power headrest is a must-have! $449? Wow…

What a perfect chair! Especially for $449! The $200 off was icing on the cake for sure. It’s very comfortable and looks sharp. I love the adjustable power headrest. Really alleviates neck strain when watching TV.

Popping noise

Disappointed. It's for my disabled sister. My husband and son putting it together and asked me to check reviews about popping noise and yes I found one. Just emailed samsclub@abbysonliving.com. Hoping they can resolve this problem

A decent chair

My wife was disappointed by the lack of padding. I think she was expecting a $600 chair. It’s not a $600 chair. It looks nice though. I find it comfortable. It’s a nice $300 chair.

Motor no longer works

I received this chair in January 2021. The recline gesture no longer works and the chair can not fully go down. I was disappointed that i can not fully recline back.
