ZERO SUPPORT

This mattress claims to be medium/firm. 100% not the case. I should have read the reviews because it is way too soft. To make a long story short, this is the worst mattress I have ever bought. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and purchase this bag of feathers.

Really Nice!

We're at day three on our Members Mark mattress, after returning a Casper mattress that we purchased. We found that the Casper was very stiff, and didn't breathe. On the flip side, this new mattress is super comfortable, and breathes well. It says cooling gel, but I haven't really felt cooling (It just has better airflow). For the price, I would recommend this to anyone.

Good lordy this is amazing

I have slept on a fair few beds in my life. All have been coil inside ones. I moved recently and needed a bed and opted for this one as it seemed reasonably priced. I waited a month round about to make any review on this bed. It is SO COMFORTABLE. I didn't read many reviews on it but what I did see was saying it was too firm or not firm enough. Look, if you like something that is gunna be plush FEELING but you don't sink a foot in to this is perfection! It took 48 hours to expand, once expanded it was some of the best sleep I've had in years. The adjustment period wasn't bad at all either, I did have some tension in my shoulders during it but that was just my body getting used to a more comfy bed than a harsh bed you can feel springs in. Warranty is good for 10 years and covers a 1in or greater dip in the bed. Seems good enough for foam beds since I've read that does happen to them.

Love this mattress!

I cannot say enough good things about this mattress!! It is incredible to wake up with no pain! My husband and I are sleeping better than we have in years! Setup was easy. It does take a little time to allow it to fully expand (it comes compressed). There are no pressure points.

Horrible smell

Bought this mattress today. Opened it up and it puffed up right away. But then noticed the smell. It had all day to air out. It was so bad when we tried to sleep on it . At 2:30 a.m. we were up dragging it out of the bedroom. We put cot mattresses on the floor and slept on them. We will be returning this as soon as the store opens. Even with the mattress out of the room we could still smell the fumes.

THEY CHANGED THE QUALITY

So my partner and I originally purchased this one mattress in 2020. At the time, it was the most incredible mattress with great support- we couldn’t believe it was only $400. After owning it for two years we noticed the mattress wears down a lot quicker than what a mattress should and wanted to exchange it thinking it just may be a minor defect. Sam’s club was kind enough to exchange it for us behind their member mark lifetime warranty guarantee. When we got the new mattress we immediately could tell that it didn’t feel the same as the original one we purchased. We have it it a chance thinking it just needed a few days out of the box but unfortunately it just wasn’t the case.

Nothing premier about it

Worst mattress I've ever had. Feel like I'm going to fall out of bed every night. If Sam's club didn't screw up my order the first time I have a great mattress. But they didn't render that situation the right way. So I got stuck with this one. It was horrible online customer service. When you're in a house fire all you want to do is sleep in a bed after 2 months of not having one. I waited for the one I ordered only for to be the wrong size sent. And then waited another two weeks for it to be refunded. And had to buy this one in a pinch. And it's awful completely awful. It's uncomfortable, I feel like I'm going to roll out of it and I feel sweaty and smelly from the mattress when I get up.

Stinks

Bought this at the end of may and here we are in July. Still has the chemical odor smell. In order to take it back, you have to have the box and be able to get the expanded mattress to the store. A bit ridiculous! Waste of 400 bucks. And this is the second bed from there that stinks. We bought a king bed the month before. So much for using membership perks to get a quality bed. Very disappointing considering the promises of satisfaction! Not satisfied. Not happy. Not renewing my membership.
