I bought this mattress after sleeping on a 1k Serta fancy all the bells and whistles and mattress for the last 5 years. I have never slept better in my life. It is a spiritual experience climbing into this bed every night. I have to fight off my children who try to climb in to our bed every night as well. It’s a neat lesson on physics too, during these homeschooling times.

It STINKS!! We’ve had it for 6 weeks and it still smells horrible. Hubby still hasn’t gotten his sense of smell back from Covid or I’m sure he would’ve complained. I unzipped the cover today hoping it would air out some and now the dang zipper is broken so I don’t recommend that! It’s super comfy and I don’t feel my wiggly hubby at all. I would recommend for comfort but the smell is bad. I’ve tried all kinds of things. Also the top layer of foam sort of wads up. You can’t feel it but it’s kind of annoying to see it.

The 12” queen is heavy. Purchased at my local club. Gave it an honest 36 hours of “breathing” to reach full size/shape. The carton reads “medium firm.” The model number on the box does not match anything on the Sam’s Club website. The emailed store receipt says “medium?” Can not reconcile this issue. There are ripples/ridges forming in the quilted top covering which suggests either the zipped cover or the mattress may be sized incorrectly. I’m determining if this is becoming an issue and what’s an acceptable remedy.

So I’ve only ever owned cheap spring mattresses they were way too firm and I’ve had back problems for as long as I can remember and I’m only 27. We got this mattress and I woke up so refreshed feeling. I need something that helps my pressure points and this did it! It does not sink me in but it curves to my body very lightly. I’m a side sleeper so this helped so much. I normally wake up with side pain and not anymore. Never woke in the middle of the night like I normally do. Both my kids have memory foam already but they’re twin mattresses so when we are ready to upgrade them I’d love to buy them the Members Mark one!! I never had any issues with a smell like the other reviewer and I only waited 24 hours it got up to 12 inches immediately but I still waited a day. Thank you Sam’s for selling an affordable comfortable mattress!

The mattress is fine, but Sam's Club needs to read this: Fed Ex Ground is doing you a disservice. The drivers left my delivery on the street next to my garbage cans after hurling it from the truck. I made it home to retrieve it just before the garbage man was due and would have taken it as part of the trash pickup. Online sellers, Sam's, Amazon, Wayfair - all of you - need to hear this: Fed Ex Ground is a terrible carrier.

Supposed to be medium firm, but there is NOTHING firm about it! Sit on side and sink all the way down. At least 2 inches wider than normal king. Yes, we let it setup before use, but it only rose to 10 inches. Box said 12! Should be labeled extra squishy! I want my old mattress back! Totally disappointed with this purchase! Btw won't allow me to give zero stars!

The bed came well packaged and very securely wrapped. As soon as I opened the packaging it completely sprung into shape with no issue. We're waiting a full 24 hours before laying on it. We ordered the medium and it's plenty soft and plush. I think it's perfect for my daughter but for me personally I would use the firm.

Adequate for guest room. Too soft for me—I do like firm mattresses though. Convenient in the box. Shopping experience was awful though. Well—cashier was—rude!! And very strange—there was a music speaker on the floor that I almost tripped over. Playing loud music. I lowered the music and the cashier got aggressive about that. Just a strange experience.

The musty chemical smell is has been just absolutely horrible. I have been sleeping on this mattress a month and it still smells. I'm have been waking up with headaches since day one from the smell. Plus with the poor support you sink down in it to far. I don't recommend this Hotel 12" Premier Queen mattress and I would love to return it!

Bought this mattress today. Opened it up and it puffed up right away. But then noticed the smell. It had all day to air out. It was so bad when we tried to sleep on it . At 2:30 a.m. we were up dragging it out of the bedroom. We put cot mattresses on the floor and slept on them. We will be returning this as soon as the store opens. Even with the mattress out of the room we could still smell the fumes.
